The other 2 working shift with her seemed to be more interested in socializing and I felt bad she was doing so much while others were on shift! Kudos for Soday times a million!“

Their fresh fruit is the bomb and Chocococo was my favorite but looking forward to trying more varied desserts and savories next time! “The employees are always so friendly and sweet. I always just order with them rather than using the self-service kiosks because often times the kiosks show a cookie as sold out but there is a batch getting ready to come out of the oven and they are ALWAYS worth a 10-15min wait. I prefer cookies over any other dessert confection and Crumbl cookies are untouchable. They are always fantastic but the cornbread, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter stuffed & topped with peanut butter are our absolute favorites.“

The setup is simple but very well organized, and you can clearly see the freshness of everything they’re working with. “Portland only has two Korean shaved ice spots and we love both equally but for different reasons. Snowy village is so so good for the classics, but be prepared to put out some money as they are spendy. I almost always get the strawberry, or sometimes the oreo and strawberry. My partner loves the cheesecake and the fruity pebble and when we are feeling like we can manage it we get the seasonal fruit like the watermelon (an entire half of a watermelon hollowed out filled then topped with all the insides of the watermelon). It is delicious. Add some sweetened condensed milk if you want a little extra jazz! We come pretty frequently and its always consistent!“

I had a baker last minute no show to a wedding I recently coordinated and within an hour and a half after talking with them we had a new wedding cake and table of desserts. WHICH WERE SUCH A HIT!! “I was so upset (excited) when they announced this store opening. Now I have to walk by this amazing smell factory every day and fight the urge to eat cookies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!! All jokes aside though, insomnia is the best. Their macadamia nut cookies are my go to. Peanut butter is a close second. Straight up sugar cookies are banger. Can’t go wrong with the chocolate chip. Mmm and the double chocolate mint. Should be illegal to be that scrumptious, or as my grandma would say, “scrumpt-dilly-icious!”

We usually get the combo pack, sometimes with the ‘deluxe’ cookies, which are pricier but also bigger and freaking deLICIOUS. If you can’t tell, I love and highly recommend insomnia cookies!“
