“We've been to this cart twice and both times was delicious! The watermelon drinks are amazing. The dumplings were tasty and fresh and the pork sticks I believe they were called were out of this world with their mint sauce!”

“Never had Mexican food this Flavorful in all my life. There are Several great Mexican eateries in the Area but I will never eat Mexican food anywhere but here and great Staff. Aurora was so kind and patient as I was a new customer. She suggested the Fajitas and they were beyond excellent with full size prawns. Yumm. And my Spicy Margarita was divine.”

“Thai food.... Was not expecting this to be that good... From the outside strip mall hard to determine the entrance, to the very basic tables, chairs and the large tv sets, not entirely inviting. But stick with it, because the food is great and fast!! Had curry and a vermicelli bowl... Wow.. New favorite place!!!”

“This cart was a really great find! Very much one of those quintessential Portland finds of a simple looking food cart being truly mind blowing. The presentation was just okay when first opening the box, but the attention to detail and care was noticed when I realized the separately packed in sauce toppings to keep the rolls fresh. I've eaten lots of sushi and never seen this! Great idea that really helped with the taste after a drive home. This will definitely be a place to visit when in Gresham!”

“I had my first experience at Margarita Factory (Gresham) tonight and it was better than I imagined. The menu has plenty of options. In fact, just the Margarita menu was over-stimulating. The food is tasty, fast service. And such a kind and accommodating staff. I know people will say “it’s her job to do so,” but coming from someone in a wheelchair who doesn’t have use of her hands, I loved that my waiter kept walking by to refill my glass (it was never empty). I recommend this place for a cute little date night out or with a group of loved ones in celebration.”

“It was super busy but all the staff did great they were all working together to take care of all the people there with a smile on their face! This is why I come back good food, good service, and I had a waitress that was super fun to talk to and joke with. I think her name was Alissa. (I’m terrible with names)but I will be back. “Everytime my family and I’ve gone we have had great friendly and quick service prices are decent and they are very accommodating highly recommend their house special chow mein noodles as well as their sautéed tender beef”

“The Endless shrimp banner reeled me in. Literally! Haven’t been to a Red Lobster in decades. Was mostly a McGraths devotee. But they are no more. And trips to the coast are only a few times per year.”
