“After a wild online ordering experience, James and his team definitely came through. I was not too nice on the phone with my frustration and James kept an impressive level of cool throughout the whole ordeal, especially considering none of the problems were on his end or in his control. Not a lot of folks are as professional as James and I'm grateful for his patience with me. He genuinely wanted to resolve the situation. The food was 100% fire and I highly recommend this location for sure! Thank you again!“

“We messed up and ordered online for pick-up but the location was set for Astoria, not Gresham. When we arrived to pick up our food and realized it was in Astoria. We immediately called Astoria to let them know, but the staff at Gresham KFC was amazing. They gave us great advice on what to order, cooked it fast and we're so kind, even though we had messed up our order, not them.“
