Ordered $32 worth of food, 2 meals and deserts. Fries were completely stale. Chicken sandwich was missing the cheese and bacon. My wife's chicken thighs looked like they had been sitting for hours. They missed the mashed potatoes. The chicken sandwich was hot and fresh though. I have never gotten a bad chicken sandwich. I think the only way to get anything fresh here is to order fresh. There was lots of people in the drive through but once I got my order through the young lady at the drive thru window (it was her first day) got my order through and I got the food INSTANTLY, the fastest turnaround for food I've had in a long time. My first time at Popeyes and I am impressed!!!

The food is great 99%of the time. Some of their staff isn’t very friendly- but I’ve come to expect that from Popeyes. Sometimes the drive thru service is painfully slow, however I’ve seen improvement in that recently. But I’d take Popeyes great chicken and their lukewarm service over Chick-fil-a’s so so chicken and their excellent service any day.
