Just wanna say how good the service is everytime we have breakfast at Elmer's on Capitol Blvd.
Rosemary is the only one that helps us out everytime and we love her a ton.
Always our go to place for breakfast.

French toast was raw, and there was a thick black hair in my German pancake. when I mentioned it, she got defensive and walked away & told the staff they are not allowed to serve me food. I was offended by that & called corporate. He called me back a week later & told me he was sending me a check, and now I am banned from their establishment. many of their reviews mention undercooked food and food poisoning even. so I am not alone in my experience. but rather than train their...read full review
We are new to Oregon and recently had a friend fly in to visit us. On the way to the airport, we stopped in at Elmer's Cornell Oaks on September 9, 2023, to share brunch with our friend before she returned home. We had never been to one of your restaurants before but had discovered you on Yelp and thought we would give it a try. We are so glad we did!
