Every time I go here it's a good experience, I'm back in town for a week and came here and was definitely pleased. Friendly, helpful staff, great food, servers are attentive.Kid-friendliness: Gave my kid crayons, little games on menu and a little mask, my kid loved the choices she had for food, loved the food.

French toast was raw, and there was a thick black hair in my German pancake. when I mentioned it, she got defensive and walked away & told the staff they are not allowed to serve me food. I was offended by that & called corporate. He called me back a week later & told me he was sending me a check, and now I am banned from their establishment. many of their reviews mention undercooked food and food poisoning even. so I am not alone in my experience. but rather than train their cooks on safer, sanitary cooking practices & ensure they wear hair nets, rather than DO better, they were rude & defensive & banned me. that says a lot about their customer service and priorities.
I recommend eating elsewhere, because if they think a dark black hair and raw French toast is not a big deal, and me being a problem, it's anyone's guess what else that are okay with....

This place unfortunately has turned to garbage! When u can’t even order a side of hashbrowns without receiving hard crispy harder than a thick potato chip that’s pretty bad! Nothing is more simple than that order. Never ever ever coming back.

I ordered half a ham sandwich and garden salad.The salad was good, and the service was awesome.It was rather noisy but.....The sandwich was wet and disgusting.They removed my lunch from the tab, even though I offered to pay for the salad.

We had a very nice waitress, who kept up with our orders and drinks. The food is a tad expensive tbh. Not that the workers set the prices, of course. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience! The lavender lemonade is amazing!

Usually this is an excellent place to stop. Always good food and great service. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately my wife got a touch of food poisoning from the chicken/apple sausage. Perhaps not cooked correctly? It was serious enough we missed our flight due to her being unable to do much HOWEVER everything else was great. It's always busy for a reason.

Gresham Burnside is one of the best Elmer's. It's consistent with fresh cooked food and efficient service whereas some other Elmer's don't. Unfortunately prices at All restaurants have gone way up which causes us to limit our dining out.
