Way over priced
I love Jimmy John’s but every time I come to this one the drive-through wait is ridiculous. They seem to take orders online and counter orders but ignore their drive-through. I’ve been sitting here for about 15 minutes and no one’s taking drive-through orders. When I called, she said they were taking counter orders and they were backed up. I totally understand being busy but you need to at least give the drive-through a turn.
This is the SLOWEST place to get a meal from. I've been in the drive thru for HALF AN HOUR NOW and they keep saying they are too busy. I literally had to call the store on my phone to get them to acknowledge their drive thru. What is going on here?! It's SANDWICHES GUYS. Nothing about a sandwich takes this long!!!!!

Jimmy John's offers great food with fantastic sandwiches, despite occasional long waits. The atmosphere is pleasant, with good music and friendly employees. The lobby is clean, and even new staff members are polite and smiley. While small mistakes can happen, the overall experience is positive and worth recommending. However, there are times when the restaurant can be severely understaffed, leading to long wait times and frustrated customers. Despite this, the crew remains calm and does their best to accommodate guests. On a positive note, Tessa, the manager, provides excellent customer service, quickly addressing issues like overcharging and showing friendliness and efficiency. Customers enjoy the food, with sandwiches like the Hunter's double roast beef on wheat bread being a favorite, but some have noted that the wait times can sometimes overshadow the quality of the meals.
