“Nice enough place... Almost like a bar you can bring your kids to? Not a lot of places to get a hot dog and they have a full menu of big Costco sized dogs for a not unreasonable amount of money. I had the burger on Texas toast and it came with fries for $13, however some of the hot dogs were $12-13 which is good if they came with fries but they don't, they come with chips, fries are 4 more dollars and are grocery store variety crinkle cuts... Not sure why the burger is cheaper than a hot dog... The burger was pretty good. My family seemed to enjoy their hot dogs. We had a couple beers that were good but not cheap by any means. It's not overpriced but the place has kind of a bargain feel, I think I would have liked it more it was like a "wow that was cheap experience". If you're gonna charge $12-13 for a hot dog include fries or maybe a 2 dollar upcharge 4 bucks is too much for a hand full of crinkle cuts. Lottery cheapens the place a bit and makes it feel more like a bar than it should. It's not a bad place.

“Ive always liked Applebees, the family stopped by this location on our car shopping excursion to refill our coffers on a long day. The service was immaculate and top tier. Probably the best service I have experienced in I dont know, 25 plus years of going to different locations in California and Oregon. I would highly recommend this specific location for the homely feel and great service. The food was on point. What else could I ask for?“

“This Carls JR has the best staff. Very attentive, very pleasant very welcoming. The general manager Maria has a great personality. She Greeted every person as they walk in the door and thank them as they were walking out the door. I will definitely be coming back to this location.“

“I came here once like 10 years ago back when it was Dea’s, and it was more diner-esque. Now it’s more of a sports bar (though still family-friendly) and I love the atmosphere. I ate here with my mom today and I was very pleased with the food and our service. I loved my sandwich, and our sever Aaron was all by himself running 6+ tables but he did it with grace and kindness. I am looking forward to coming back!“

That said, the food itself felt a bit bland. The fries on my plate were a little soggy, my margarita tasted very watered down, and my wife’s burger was just okay. Overall, the service is really what made the experience better.“
