Got in at 7:45 and had to wait about 7 minutes to be sat. Only 4 of us, and the place wasn't busy. As a restaurant GM, I'm not a big fan of a false wait. Got sat and we could see 2 managers and two employees in back of the bar area talking and playing on their phones. Fortunately our server was aces,made up for everyone else out front. If it wasn't for the Server, service would have been a 2. I wish I could remember her name, she needs to be recognized.
I love the fact that they have unlimited/bottomless sides - specifically steamed broccoli and salad, but if you are concerned about your cholesterol/saturated fat, don't order the sweet potato fries. They have a whopping 21g of saturated fat (and 750g sodium).

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews has made a comeback with its normal-sized burgers and amazing cocktails. The restaurant has a kid-friendly atmosphere with birthday celebrations and a great kids' menu. The service can be very attentive, with stand-out employees who provide true customer service and genuinely care. Burgers are cooked to perfection, and the teriyaki glazed veggie impossible burger with pineapple is a solid choice. Overall, Red Robin is a great spot for families, but consistency in food quality can be an issue.
