Food was amazing and our waiter Landon was so friendly and cool and everything was nice and clean when we entered. I suggest going here and having lots of fun. The artwork on the walls was also very cool, there was a picture made out of crayons and one out of baseballs. Very good.

While the service has improved slightly in the last year or so, the food quality has declined. Served my daughter a practically raw burger and the rest of the food arrived sloppy and lacked flavor. Our server said the manager would come to apologize for the raw burger however, no follow through from management. Disappointing.

I got a gift certificate to the RR in Gresham. When I told my mom I was coming she said it had been terrible and they were out of most items she had wanted to order. She also said the burger my son had gotten was very small, almost like a slider. I brushed off her concerns and came anyway because - gift certificate! When I went to order the server explained that the item I wanted was no longer on the menu. I showed her the giant photo of the item and she said the menu had changed and they would eventually get new menus but for now the menu was not accurate. I ordered a different item and my husband ordered the crispy chicken salad. When our items came out, my husband had grilled chicken instead of crispy on his salad. The server took the salad back to correct. It wasn't returned until I had already finished my entire meal. The server did apologize and did not charge us for the salad. Also, it did appear that my burger was very small. I do think they have significantly reduced the size of their burgers. I for sure would hesitate to visit here again.

The food was really good but kinda cold, I really liked the experience but as other users said the place looks kinda antiquated, my server was great tho, I believe his name was Francisco, really good customer service and made me feel comfortable plus he made crack a smile so my experience turned out good overall.

Got a to go order. Didn't have to wait very long to get my order but my order is not correct and looks like someone smash the patty and burnt the living hell out of it. I asked for the Haystack tavern burger no campfire add ketchup (which is on the boxes receipt) not a haystack tavern with added ketchup and for some reason a lot of lettuce on it. Sadly this is about the 8th different red robin I have tried take out with and they all seem to somehow end up doing this. I'm just done trying this brand how can they say this is an $11 burger when I could get a better one made at Wendy's for cheaper. Ridiculous that they ask for a tip (which I gave too!)

Waitress was pretty rude. Took awhile to be greeted and when we were she wasn't very friendly. When we asked for things like more Mac and cheese for the kids it was almost like we were asking for to much. She had an attitude most of the time dealing with us and even after telling her it was my son's 8th birthday instead of asking to sing she disappeared for 10-15 minutes and when we finally left she walked away without even saying anything. Food came quick however my burger was VERY pink after asking for NO pink. Was probably one of the worst experiences we had.

The waitress was so nice. The food is good. It's a great place to take your family. If you are looking for a bite to eat after work... The bar is also a nice place to sit and relax.This place is a nice restaurant, but needs to be updated. The restroom was old and crumbling. Lots of red soft cushion chairs looked like someone sliced them with knives. I sure wouldn't want to sit on them wearing shorts or a skirt. The cement floor was in need of repairs due to long cracks.All in all, I really do like this restaurant. It's just old and needs some TLC.
