Based on the reviews, Simply Coffee Shop is a favorite place to go to for many customers. It has really good coffee, and the staff is great and very polite. The atmosphere is pleasant, bright, and comfortable without being sterile. The spotless place has a bright and clean aesthetic, and even the bathroom is really nice. The service is great, and the owner is really sweet and nice, making customers feel welcomed and at home. The coffee is delicious, and drinks like the latte and iced white chocolate Raspberry latte with oatmilk are consistently good. The pastries are excellent, including the pistachio croissant and cornetti. Customers were also surprised to find one of the best slices of pizza in Gresham at this coffee shop, along with arancini. So much care and attention goes into everything they do. It is one of the nicest coffee shops in the Gresham area, and customers definitely will keep going back.
