I now eat cucumbers because of this place…in their homemade sauce, of course:) It’s so refreshing to have healthy alternatives back at Gresham Food Carts! Some days I just want a fresh salad, and this place gives me that option! All the food I’ve had from here has been so fresh and delicious, and Ping, who owns and does everything at the cart, is so incredibly kind! She gave me a bottle of water today while I waited (not long) for my meal because it was in the 90s outside....read full review

Just passing by and noticed this spot. It is worth to give a try, everything is just as good as I expected. The owner is really kind not only to her customers, but also to other people in the area . although she ain't fluent in English ,but she is trying her best to communicate with people.
