“This spot is FIRE! 🔥 We ordered the orange chicken and general tso and they were so good!! Saucy, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside! So much food, couldn’t finish mine so now I have dinner 🩷 The crab puffs and spring rolls were hot and crunchy and the fillings were yummy!! “Expect higher prices than normal for blander food than normal -- a reflection of the socioeconomic area and community of Troutdale.

1. Good variety of food and selection of carts.
2. Clean areas and building.
3. Food is typically bland across all the carts compared to other areas such as The Fork in Wood Village, Gresham Food Carts, Rockwood Market, and pretty much any other food cart area around Gresham/Portland. This is 100% due to catering to the taste of Troutdale's community.

For point #3, using the Thai cart and Mexican cart as standards of spice and heat, they don't ask you spice level when you order (no spice by default for Troutdale folks) and spice levels are incredibly low. Medium spice level here is mild compared to other areas. Troutdale just can't handle spice.

If you end up wanting Mexican here, for the love of god, just walk to the Troutdale Burrito Shop.

This place has size and variety going for it. For flavor and saving your wallet, go to other food cart areas.“

Despite self ordering via a tablet and notification via text when your food is ready, the staff always seems to make an effort to interact with me in a warm friendly way. I almost always get a side of the salad supreme with one of my go to dishes which are the Vegan Pabellon Criollo (rice, impossible grounds, black beans, plantain and avocado slices) or the Vegan Patacon (green plantain sandwich filled with impossible ground beef, vegan Cole slaw, vegan cheese, pickles, and avocado slices). I’ve got a pepper belly and I do wish there was a spicier sauce available but that’s my problem not theirs 🤣“
