“This cart was a really great find! Very much one of those quintessential Portland finds of a simple looking food cart being truly mind blowing. The presentation was just okay when first opening the box, but the attention to detail and care was noticed when I realized the separately packed in sauce toppings to keep the rolls fresh. I've eaten lots of sushi and never seen this! Great idea that really helped with the taste after a drive home. This will definitely be a place to visit when in Gresham!“

“Best burger I've had in Oregon! The meat is so flavorful, and it's almost as thin as a smashburger. Crispiness on the edges of the meat is perfection. The bun is fried with butter too for a perfect crust. And the fries are great too. Came on a Saturday for lunch, and it's not too busy.“

This last visit to Sherpa Kitchen at The Zed food hall, the talented chef and proprietor Mingma, suggested I try the Chili Chicken w/ rice dish instead of my usual, and I went for it, medium spice. OMGoodness, so good! Thanks, Mingma! Then, I got a small bowl of the Dal to add to the dish, feeling adventurous. I loved this combination... love. So glad I branched out, or was told to branch out. ;) If you already know you like these kinds of things, you will likely be blown away. And if you aren’t sure… you may also be blown away. :) Plus, the proprietor and his staff are amazingly kind and you won't be sorry for ordering and supporting the business. If you have not yet been to The Zed (formerly Zoiglehaus) in SE Portland, then you should go. And if you have not been in a couple of years, you are in for a really uplifting surprise. “The tacos are amazing. I ordered asada, pollo , lengua and tripe tacos. The lengua were my favorite but all of them were amazing. i had some green and red sauce on the side and normally I don't like the red sauce much and prefer the green but the red sauce has the perfect heat and it's slightly smoky with good flavor. As long as they keep this quality I won't go anywhere else for a taco again.“
“Overall there’s enough food options to please anyone’s palate; with a range of diversity from authentic sources. This stretches from hot meals to smoothies and desserts; packed with options I’d say. The bar is awesome, with as well a range of diversity accompanied by friendly service. I ordered the Mapo Tofu extra hot, and then she even warned me when she gave me the food that it is hot, and I was! She even brought the food to my car! I highly recommend this place! “I've been here a few times and have tried the paninis, macarons, and cheesecake. They were excellent! The service wasn't top notch like the food. A few times were excellent with friendly and helpful staff ready to take my order. Other times, there was no one there and we had to wait until someone came. Not the cozy cafe experience I originally hoped for, but with this food court/truck layout of the station, all of your delicious needs are right at your nose! I ordered from a japanese food truck which was amazing and beyond our expectations. 4/5“

“It's nice to eat at a Thai food truck that lives up to its online reviews. Thai RodDee is an unprepossessing food truck in Damascus, Oregon that is decorated mainly by a large menu board. I ordered Pad Thai for my wife and Pineapple Curry spice level 2 for me. The food was ready quickly. I took it home since they don't have many tables at this location. When I began to eat, I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful flavor of my Pineapple Curry. The spice level was just right. My wife loved her Pad Thai and remarked that it was just like eating in Bangkok. We were both extremely pleased by the taste and texture of our dishes. I can recommend this place without reservation.Parking: Parking is limited in the lot facing the food trucks. You may have to park on the street.“

“I've been visiting Level Brewing on Airport for roughly 3 years. There have been 2 staple food trucks at this location, and this is by far my preferred place!Pita Giovanni never misses. Always an abundance of food with delicious flavors cooked to perfection. I've tried many things and have yet been disappointed.The owners are always friendly, and the service is impeccable. It's a hidden gem within the Portland area.Side note: I don't know what the creamy/spicy sauce they give you is, but my god is it to die for. It goes great on/with everything.“

Phuoc, the nun who runs the cart, speaks very little english but is the sweetest person in the world. She takes her time making each dish one by one and while you’re waiting you can sit or walk around the beautiful temple that the cart is connected to. Whether you’re vegan or not, I highly recommend making this spot a regular visit!!“
