Honestly, the kitchen staff needs to be detained for questioning. There is no legal or moral reason for a burrito to go that violently hard.
The flavor ratio was so layout-shattering that I had to sit in my car in total silence with the hazard lights on for twenty minutes afterward, just staring out the windshield like a shell-shocked soldier, trying to process the trauma of what my mouth just went through. It’s got that exact level of spicy kick where you are actively crying, sweating out your sins, and negotiating with God, but your hands are still frantically shoving it into your face. I looked like a rabid raccoon fighting a trash can in an alleyway, and I would do it again right now.
Regular food now tastes like disappointment and wet cardboard. My kitchen is a graveyard. If this burrito asked me to fake my own death, rob a bank, and sign over my power of attorney, I’d do it before I even finished chewing.
Go get one immediately, but prepare to have your entire reality dismantled by a two-pound log of aluminum foil. 15/10, I am currently drafting my will to leave everything to Street Heat.“

The Death Row Plate is my go-to, a stacked sampler loaded with Hurricane chicken, Korean fried chicken, and poke that will knock your balls clear across Pacific Hwy. Also… the grilled shrimp plate?? Absolute menace. I could eat 100 of them like candy and still be looking around for more. And the mac salad that comes with every plate? Should be illegal. I’m pretty sure it violates at least three laws. To top it off, the owner runs this place solo, in there every day, grinding, serving every plate herself until she sells out. And she sells out every single day. She’s born and raised Oahu, so you’re getting so you’re getting the real deal, no mainland shortcuts, no watered-down flavors, just straight island heat. “Best veggie burger of my life! Hands-down, they have the best veggie burger, and I consider myself an aficionado. It’s not the crap- filled, unhealthy version, the boring fart inducing version or the dry dusty crumbly version. It’s a beautiful, well crafted, superbly FLAVORFUL, house made veggie burger with vegetables and whole foods. The flavor has an adobo taste to it. Plus they put cheese on it! I love veggie burgers, but I’m not a vegan or vegetarian so this was just really cool. I would definitely come back here again soon.

We came here super late and all the car pods were closed about 10 minutes before they’re closing time. We were just about to scramble and find an alternative And saw that this car has their lights on. We rolled up, thinking that they were certainly not going to service, but they absolutely did and with a smile“

“I am by no means a Vegan. In fact if there is an afterlife I am sure I will have many many furry faces waiting for me for my crimes of rampant meat consumption. So setting that as the starting off point I eat the vegan bowl here like two or three times a week. This girl is an absolute wok goddess. I have no idea how she manages to cook every single piece of vegetables in her stir frys without ever making a single piece go limp. I have a deep and abiding childhood hatred of cauliflower. It is marrow deep to the point of irrational dislike on my end. Yet when that vile weed appears at random in her stir fry I am not only okay with it, but thoroughly enjoy the dish. Even her rice is several steps ahead of the competition. The curried Garbonzo beans are simply perfect. The fresh diced cucumber and carrot makes the perfect crunchy contrast with the amazing rice and curried legumes. The fresh lime juice makes her dishes flirt with sweetness while still being savory. If your tired of the same old boring grease soaked fries and cheese slathered mediocre slabs of low grade meat check out this cart. The flavors are both well seasoned yet not over powering. She has a chefs touch to be sure. Plus my heart I am sure prefers the fare far more than another artery clogging mass of American failure cuisine.“

I will say first time I got the Macho King sauce it was not as spicy as I led to believe, but the next time it was hella spicy. Delicious either way, but may be a Russian roulette situation so be careful! The fries and whatever orange sauce they provide with them are outrageously good too. Very friendly staff.“

“Best crudo I have had in Portland in quite some time, and I’m a seafood fiend so I have had quite a few. First off, thick cut tuna, which doesn’t get lost in the ponzu. Then, a perfect balance of citrus, wasabi, just enough serrano zip, and a perfect hit of salt. Beautiful bite! Also had the cucumber which was tasty and herbaceous.
