“Prepared and delivered quickly. Everything was delicious! Aloha poke, musubi, salmon rolls, tuna rolls and shrimp tempura. Hearty portions were filling. I have an injury and was unable to go in person. So glad we chose this for delivery. Definitely recommend!“

He answered all my questions politely, didnt rush me to decide, and you will end up fighting over the home made queso with whoever you’re sharing it with. The atmosphere is amazing, the people are great and the food is out of this world. “Best veggie burger of my life! Hands-down, they have the best veggie burger, and I consider myself an aficionado. It’s not the crap- filled, unhealthy version, the boring fart inducing version or the dry dusty crumbly version. It’s a beautiful, well crafted, superbly FLAVORFUL, house made veggie burger with vegetables and whole foods. The flavor has an adobo taste to it. Plus they put cheese on it! I love veggie burgers, but I’m not a vegan or vegetarian so this was just really cool. I would definitely come back here again soon.

We came here super late and all the car pods were closed about 10 minutes before they’re closing time. We were just about to scramble and find an alternative And saw that this car has their lights on. We rolled up, thinking that they were certainly not going to service, but they absolutely did and with a smile“

“I am by no means a Vegan. In fact if there is an afterlife I am sure I will have many many furry faces waiting for me for my crimes of rampant meat consumption. So setting that as the starting off point I eat the vegan bowl here like two or three times a week. This girl is an absolute wok goddess. I have no idea how she manages to cook every single piece of vegetables in her stir frys without ever making a single piece go limp. I have a deep and abiding childhood hatred of cauliflower. It is marrow deep to the point of irrational dislike on my end. Yet when that vile weed appears at random in her stir fry I am not only okay with it, but thoroughly enjoy the dish. Even her rice is several steps ahead of the competition. The curried Garbonzo beans are simply perfect. The fresh diced cucumber and carrot makes the perfect crunchy contrast with the amazing rice and curried legumes. The fresh lime juice makes her dishes flirt with sweetness while still being savory. If your tired of the same old boring grease soaked fries and cheese slathered mediocre slabs of low grade meat check out this cart. The flavors are both well seasoned yet not over powering. She has a chefs touch to be sure. Plus my heart I am sure prefers the fare far more than another artery clogging mass of American failure cuisine.“

“Got Burger and fries with the radicchio salad. Fries are good but very basic. Salad was very fresh, unique and delicious. And the burger was good, had a “taziki sauce” of some kind or it was the house made pickles that gave it a “Greek” or “gyro” kind of taste to it. But everything was quite good!“

“Best crudo I have had in Portland in quite some time, and I’m a seafood fiend so I have had quite a few. First off, thick cut tuna, which doesn’t get lost in the ponzu. Then, a perfect balance of citrus, wasabi, just enough serrano zip, and a perfect hit of salt. Beautiful bite! Also had the cucumber which was tasty and herbaceous. Looking forward to trying more seasonal dishes here in future. You can tell they care about treating the produce well.“

I will say first time I got the Macho King sauce it was not as spicy as I led to believe, but the next time it was hella spicy. Delicious either way, but may be a Russian roulette situation so be careful! The fries and whatever orange sauce they provide with them are outrageously good too. Very friendly staff.“

The Death Row Plate is my go-to, a stacked sampler loaded with Hurricane chicken, Korean fried chicken, and poke that will knock your balls clear across Pacific Hwy. Also… the grilled shrimp plate?? Absolute menace. I could eat 100 of them like candy and still be looking around for more. And the mac salad that comes with every plate? Should be illegal. I’m pretty sure it violates at least three laws. To top it off, the owner runs this place solo, in there every day, grinding, serving every plate herself until she sells out. And she sells out every single day. She’s born and raised Oahu, so you’re getting so you’re getting the real deal, no mainland shortcuts, no watered-down flavors, just straight island heat. “I ordered shawarma cattering 2 weeks ago and also today we had our brunch with falafel sandwiches from there and it is super delicious and amazing tastes. This shawarma and falafel spot is a true gem. The shawarma is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the falafel is crispy on the outside, soft and fresh on the inside—just the way it should be. Everything tastes homemade and made with care. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the sauces really bring everything together. Steak is A1, tender and seasoned…chorizo is so flavorful but not overly salty and seasoned or pasty..but they give you grilled onions and jalapeño, pickled peppers and carrots. The salsas are so tasty and spicy you can almost drink them! $11 for 4 tacos and the trimmings!“
