Writing this as I'm enjoying the delicious Vegan plate. Even with the white rice, because the Cuban rice had chicken stock, it is seriously one of the best vegan dishes in Portland.The plantains are tasty and a great texture and the beans and rice are so delicious, especially with the sauce that comes with the plate The yucca fries are also unbelievable. As I was checking out the menus in this row of food carts I was told they had the best cubano sandwich in town. So I got one, and a pork tamale. They weren't exaggerating - both items were extremely delicious. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. Both came with a very delicious sauce - I'm not sure what it was but it was soooo good. Will definitely be going back.
