He goes above and beyond each time to make every customer feels feel special and accommodate their needs. Today I asked him to make something off the menu. It was a lamb, beef kofta, falafel and rice plate. Absolutely the best food i've ever eaten from a food cart. The price was very fair and the quantity was generous. “I’m a big fan of Philly Cheese and was excited to try the highly rated MFC. The indoor/outdoor layout is smart and cute. The staff is quite friendly and the drink menu is expansive. As tasty as the Philly cheesesteak was, it didn’t quite live up to the reviews. The bus was fresh but dry and the sauce and cheese was a little light for my taste. It is a top 3 contender in Portland regardless.“

“I have been to this wonderful spot a million times but stayed in my comfort zone of the tacos. I've literally had them all, even the burrito, and burrito bowls. However, something told me that comfort and change can't sit together so I decided to try something new tonight. I tried the scrumptious pulled Jack sandwich, which came with heaping sides of Mac and cheese, and greens. I also got my 6 yr old the tamales. Before I noticed he scarfed down his tamales and was asking for a bite of mine. I was only able to try a single bite of his and man oh man I wanted another one just for myself lol... Here we both are now both stuffed to the max but of course, what a good dinner with a great dessert. We are eating the yum yum yummmaaay blackberry peach cobbler... If you ain't been here, get here, and if you have, try something different next time, I bet you'll love it better or just the same as your favorite.

To top it all off she is such a majestic being, very social( I mean we all have our days right?) and down to earth, and her love language is servitude!!!

“I am by no means a Vegan. In fact if there is an afterlife I am sure I will have many many furry faces waiting for me for my crimes of rampant meat consumption. So setting that as the starting off point I eat the vegan bowl here like two or three times a week. This girl is an absolute wok goddess. I have no idea how she manages to cook every single piece of vegetables in her stir frys without ever making a single piece go limp. I have a deep and abiding childhood hatred of cauliflower. It is marrow deep to the point of irrational dislike on my end. Yet when that vile weed appears at random in her stir fry I am not only okay with it, but thoroughly enjoy the dish. Even her rice is several steps ahead of the competition. The curried Garbonzo beans are simply perfect. The fresh diced cucumber and carrot makes the perfect crunchy contrast with the amazing rice and curried legumes. The fresh lime juice makes her dishes flirt with sweetness while still being savory. If your tired of the same old boring grease soaked fries and cheese slathered mediocre slabs of low grade meat check out this cart. The flavors are both well seasoned yet not over powering. She has a chefs touch to be sure. Plus my heart I am sure prefers the fare far more than another artery clogging mass of American failure cuisine.“

“This was my second time at Frybaby, and I had to bring my friend so she could experience the Korean fried chicken with Snow Cheese since she'd never had either. Theirs, imo, is the best ive had in wa/or. It was just as good as I remembered.

The chicken wings are so crispy and light while still being incredibly juicy. And the Snow Cheese is such a good sweet and savory topping. It kind of reminds me of honey mustard in the best way. It balances two completely different flavors and somehow makes them work together perfectly.

We also tried the kimchi mac. I was expecting more of a traditional creamy mac and cheese with pieces of kimchi mixed in, but it was more like a pasta with a kimchi-flavored white sauce. I personally would have preferred something cheesier with actual pieces of kimchi throughout. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t quite what I was expecting from a kimchi mac.

The cucumber salad was another highlight. It was fresh, crunchy, flavorful, and a really nice contrast to the richness of the fried chicken and pasta.

If you’re looking for Korean fried chicken in Portland, Frybaby is definitely worth checking out. The Snow Cheese chicken is the thing I’d recommend most, especially if you like that sweet and savory combination. It’s the kind of dish that makes you immediately understand why you had to come back for it.“

“This spot makes a mean smash burger. I’m picky about my burgers simply because there are a lot of awful burgers out there. This place hits the spot. Quality meat, great funky sauce, and they load you up on the tator tots. Has been one of my go to smash burger spots for a while when I don’t feel like grilling at home. Big fan of fresh n funky.“

First, not everything needs an image…your hand done signage is lovely. Second…the AI food looks disgusting and unrealistic…truly take a look at it…it’s giving trypophobia…Also…People can tell these are AI images and there’s a growing backlash and awareness of how gross and weird these images are. “Best crudo I have had in Portland in quite some time, and I’m a seafood fiend so I have had quite a few. First off, thick cut tuna, which doesn’t get lost in the ponzu. Then, a perfect balance of citrus, wasabi, just enough serrano zip, and a perfect hit of salt. Beautiful bite! Also had the cucumber which was tasty and herbaceous. Two words: Meat sweats

I went for the very first time during burger week 2026 and got “The Tribute”. I drove 45 minutes to get there and got number 198 of 200 for the morning session. The crew was exhausted, but absolutely delightful.

Add the brisket for $10 more. Trust me.

I eat fast. This took me 10 minutes. I had to pause, stand up and ask the lawd for strength and courage to finish. Afterwords, I had to buy 2 Cokes and take a nap in the air conditioned car before completing my journey home safely. Best burger I’ve ever had. I actually said out loud, “Are you kidding me?”

“Had the pleasure of conversing with the business owners while waiting for my order. They’re very kind and thoughtful overall as they didn’t hesitate to make me and my husband feel at home especially after I mentioned we’re new to the state of Oregon/city of Portland.

Their food is so tasty! I tried their corn tamal, champurrado (not sure if this is seasonal) and it brought me back to the home cooked meals I’ve been missing from my mom and tia. I had their pupusas to go (loroco and a revuelto) where I enjoyed them at home and they held perfectly fine during my commute.

I’d recommend this spot for an authentic bite served by the friendliest people. You can’t go wrong with any menu item.“

If you have ever been to the Caffe in the past I am positive you would not have left a four star review. When I return in early May, I would like to serve you and your guests. I have run this Caffe for nearly 5 years without issue or conflict or low reviews which recently, it seems that people don't want me to operate as I have in the past. I have given my heart to this endeavor. I had been able to establish deep and wonderful relationships with countless people. And it is slowly being undermined with poor reviews. To the person (HOWELL) and friends, who wrote and reviewed me three times in one day, giving me 3 - 1 stars, there isn't much to say except I informed you kindly about the park policy and you argued with me in front of customers. I never said you had to leave. Though you told me to "mind my business" which I was, literally minding my business. Again there were plenty of witnesses to this interaction.
