We love their fries. Have been going there for at least 5 or 6 years.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. In fact, all of our friends go there on Fridays. They have video games all kinds of cool stuff for kids and a nice beer truck for adults. $6 pints can't beat it.
After my adventures with baris and JJs in the piedmont food carts (see my other reviews) I said to hell with it and got what my wife was having even though I worked for a seafood house for 6 years. Cod 2 piece, came quick and hot and seasoned perfectly. Only complaints is cocktail was like 80% horseradish, and slaw wasn't salted enough but it's a fine line because if you over salt it pulls more moisture from the slaw. So bomb ?. Had the cod fish & chips and a cup of chowder. Everything was great and good portions. Light and crispy batter, crunchy fries (with pepper), not too thick chowder, amazing cocktail sauce (lots of horseradish). Great service to boot. Can’t wait to go back.
