Fantastic and authentic! i grew up in Chicago and am always on the lookout for excellent Italian food. He was also very personable and explained where I could wait out of the cold while my food was being prepared. Highly recommend!
We ate three times while visiting from Hawaii, and all three times were phenomenal! At different times, different days and different orders – this place is hands down some of the best quality food we had over the course of a month. Every order gets hand made to order.
The best part was talking story with the owner and getting to ask questions about the cooking techniques. We will always refer people here and be back ourselves.
