Have tried the Taco Supreme, Quesadilla, and Cochinita Tacos and look forward to working my way through the other items on the menu. The Cochinita dishes showcase wonderful delicious shredded pork as the protein. The Horchata was also extremely well made and one of the best I've had in Portland. Mama Chio Rocks!“

“I’m from Riverside, California and this is the only place I’ve tried in my 3 years of living here that compares to my idea of Mexican food. I have ordered a few burritos and just tried the tacos… perfection. As mentioned in previous posts they add some spice, if you like spicy they have sauces to make it spicier and they are all good. If you don’t like any spice, maybe skip it, this is traditional and the spice is needed for that perfect flavor. I personally love a medium spice and LOVE the red sauce. The burritos are huge. I will def be back multiple times a month for the delicious nostalgia this little food truck give me.“

“Wow. One of the best tacos I have had in Portland. I have been looking for good tasting tacos for a while and haven’t found one I truly liked. Some have alright tacos but not here. All meats had flavor. Their salsas are on point. I tried 3 different meats and loved them all! The salsas range from spicy to medium. “Best fries in the cartel and the other food is pretty good. Used to be super greasy however but something changed and its nowhere near as bad as it was a year or so ago. The fellow who works the cart is pretty quick. Prices are spot on and the haggis is fantastic.“

“We ordered sushi burritos from this food cart, which had recently increased their prices by $5. We were hesitant to order at first, but we caved because we were craving them and one of us had never tried them before.The service was great! They were out of chicken, but they offered to make us a custom burrito for a small upcharge. However, they later found that they had enough chicken after all, so we didn't have to pay extra.The wrap itself didn't hold up very well. It came apart a few times, which made eating the burrito a bit messy. The seaweed didn't wrap around the sushi fully, which also contributed to the messiness. The parchment paper was also a bit weak, which made it difficult to hold the burrito together.Overall, the food was delicious and filling. However, we don't think it's worth the new price of $15 for a food cart item. We would be more likely to order it again if it was priced at $12. The price increase from $10 to $15 is a bit steep, and we think it's not quite worth the extra money for a food cart item.“

“I have been looking for a good Indian food cart for some time that also served meat, This place definitely measures up. 10 minutes from giving my order the food's hot and ready for me to take away. I've been back several times and will continue to do so.

Parking: There's plenty of parking in the large lot. But if you want to park right up close to the food vendors, those fill up quickly. They also often close off a couple of the parking spaces directly in front of the vendors, a minor inconvenience.“

If I go on a Wednesday, the food is good- and practically perfect. If I go on a Sunday, it is not the same. For example, last week I got my usual order and also ordered a bean burrito for later. That bean burrito was so good that I told my friend how good it was. Fast forward to Sunday. I made my order and I ordered another burrito. On Sunday my order was barely edible. The burrito didn’t have any cheese in it whatsoever like the one before. I ended up throwing that away because the beans themselves tasted a little off. There was no cheese to offset the weirdness of the beans.

The service was less than friendly on Sunday, and I get it. Nobody wants to sit in a hot taco truck on a Sunday. There wasn’t the regular drinks that there are during the week. And although I do appreciate that it was open on Sunday, if the food is going to be subpar, and the employees are so unhappy, that they are unwelcoming, Perhaps it’s best to close on Sundays like everybody else….

Parking: Parking could be stressful as it’s in the parking lot if a mini mart. Parking is minimal and the business is located on two busy streets so parking on either of those streets it’s not an option.“

“This is the type of authentic taco food cart with great food that you may be looking for. It is great for a quick lunch outside on a day with good weather. I really liked the nice service from the servers and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. It is a food cart, so there is only outdoor seating but it is clean. I would recommend the owners add a couple more picnic tables and maybe remove the odd bar structure on the patio. Also beware that parking is limited. But otherwise I recommend it.“

“Master Taco truck comes by my work almost daily. It's next to impossible to resist. Their truck horn sends me and my coworkers running to order food. The savory smells emitted from the truck get your mouth watering like one of Pavlov's Dogs. Strongly recommend the breakfast burritos and supreme burrito, but you honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Really wish they would bring back fish tacos! They have a truck near 185th and Canyon Road if you want to check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed! The convenience is nice, however the food and hospitality are next level!“
