“Wife had beef ribs for her birthday. Was outstanding with good sized portion, just under 1lb. Tender,juicy with slightly marbled for flavor. Cant wait to go try the short ribs or brisket. Would highly recommend for anyone Aloha or east Hillsboro or west Beaverton. Good variety. Located in good sized food court with many vendors to suit the tastes of anyone in the family.“

I had excellent Enchiladas de Mole along with a very good Cadillac Margarita and finished with excellent freshly made churros for dessert! Also the chips, salsa and guacamole are very good. Chips come out warm after they make them to order with fresh salsa. They have different salsas on request. I will definitely be back!! I forgot to mention the service was prompt and friendly!“

“Exceptionally delicious, a true gem, and with chef/owners who are even nicer. Their classic Mexican fare is both familiar and surprising, full of special touches and a signature attention to detail that makes each and every dish shine. For just one example, the chicken enchiladas plate is prepared bone-in – two massive drumsticks star on a plate where nothing plays backup. The meat is succulent, full of flavor, and fall-off-the-bone tender. Served with potatoes, avocado, fresh and pickled veg... It’s fantastic, balanced, and craveable. The birria in any incarnation is also super solid. We come back so often, we will eventually make it through the whole menu. But we’re stuck on our favorites, so it will take us a very long time before we reach the end. DO NOT SLEEP ON THEIR INSANELY GOOD SEASONAL CHAMPURRADO.“

Their food is incredible, big servings, and the owner suggested multiple sides to add to our meal. I love mango lassi but it’s not vegan, and owner found a way to make it vegan for me. 10/10, incredible staff and very vegan friendly. Worth the drive out of PDX!“

Have tried the Taco Supreme, Quesadilla, and Cochinita Tacos and look forward to working my way through the other items on the menu. They never skimp on your protein. The Phad See Ewe is super authentic. On an extremely sunny day when I had a big order the chef even ran over to my car with some fresh fruit. “I didn’t take a photo (regret it now!), but these were honestly the best sushi I’ve had in Beaverton.

Everything was incredibly fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The fish tasted super fresh, and the ingredient combinations were just perfect — nothing to add, nothing to change. I’m genuinely impressed.

I ordered three rolls, and it basically turned into three full meals — they’re that filling and generous in size.

“Best Fish and Chips I've had in 20 years. I had the Mahi Mahi and it was delicious. Perfectly crispy and golden and you could tell the fish was fresh. I'm not sure what kind of potatoes he used but the chips were great, about the size of steak fries. I found out about this place by way of a great review on Nextdoor. It did not disappoint and Iwillbeback for sure. The Frying Scotsman is located in a giant Food Truck court and there's a bar with about 15 taps and a nice beer selection.“

“Stopped in after getting a laptop at Rent A Center and our nostrils were enriched with the most wonderful smells coming from the parking lot next door. Got the alpastor, carnitas, barbacoa and chorizo tacos. Absolutely WONDERFUL. The alpastor has actual chunks of pineapple in it that is one of the greatest things I've ever eaten. Tacos are THREE dollars a piece. Great price and an absolute must stop!“

“This is the type of authentic taco food cart with great food that you may be looking for. It is great for a quick lunch outside on a day with good weather. I really liked the nice service from the servers and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. It is a food cart, so there is only outdoor seating but it is clean. I would recommend the owners add a couple more picnic tables and maybe remove the odd bar structure on the patio. Also beware that parking is limited. But otherwise I recommend it.“

“I ordered the sunrise bowl and they very nicely substituted the seaweed salad (which just isn't something I enjoy) with imitation crab when I asked if I could just not include the seaweed. The spring rolls were also very good, and I feel like I got a great amount of food for what I paid. The food was also very good for the price, and it's in a great location at the Chill N Fill in NoPo. I'd definitely visit again.“

“Master Taco truck comes by my work almost daily. It's next to impossible to resist. Their truck horn sends me and my coworkers running to order food. The savory smells emitted from the truck get your mouth watering like one of Pavlov's Dogs. Strongly recommend the breakfast burritos and supreme burrito, but you honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Really wish they would bring back fish tacos! They have a truck near 185th and Canyon Road if you want to check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed! The convenience is nice, however the food and hospitality are next level!“
