For a delicious sandwich like the Bacon Caprese I was served, to come out of a food cart, was very unexpected. The soup was Yummy! The young lady at the window was an absolute gem as well. Have tried the Taco Supreme, Quesadilla, and Cochinita Tacos and look forward to working my way through the other items on the menu. “I ordered delivery of Pineapple fried rice. Huge portion, fresh, hot. Tasty but not really what I want my pineapple fried rice to taste like. Rice was very soft and kinda wet, more than enough pineapple (too much maybe). Had a cinnamon flavor that reminded me of rice pudding. Could not taste curry.

“We stumbled upon this little gem when our preferred spot was closed on 4th of July. We ordered carne asada, quasadilla and tacos and all were really well flavored. The steak they use is so tasty and cooked long enough for our liking. The woman who took our order was extremely kind and accommodating to our family with small kids. They also got a kick out of watching their carne asada being cooked on the grill while we waited.

Kid-friendliness: My son dropped his lime on the ground and a kind man who works there noticed and got him a new one before I could even get up to ask. You could tell they really enjoy having children around. We loved the family vibe.“

“Stopped by for lunch today with a few coworkers. This place is a real gem. Crawfish Etouffee was so damn delicious. The roux was a perfect spice level. “I'd just like to say WOW!! My wife accompanied me on a business trip 2 weeks ago to the Portland area from Chicago and we decided to venture out and explore. We found ourselves in Beaverton at the Breakside Brewery. We had grabbed a couple beverages and decided to grab some lunch as well. Amongst all the food trucks there was one in particular that caught my eye. Right off the bat the fire engine red Proof Pizza trailer appealed to us the most. Come to find out, the lovely couple backed by smiles that owns this truck are from the Chicagoland area and being from the windy city we were all in to see if they brought that specific midwest flavor to the Pacific Northwest. THEY CRUSHED IT!! Their pies are out of this world! We ordered some Mozzarella/Boscoe sticks to start and topped it off with the Wolff Street Pizza which left us utterly speechless. The flavor of the sausage, veggies and marinara was undeniably Chicago style. Such great owners and such a fantastic experience. I will most definitely be back and hope to see Proof Pizza pop up all over and mostly where it's flavor and creators originated from. If you haven't been... GET! ?“

“The first fish & chips I’ve been able to have since becoming gluten intolerant. I’ve been going here since 2021 and I’m never disappointed. I love that I can choose what type of fish I want AND have it be gluten free. It is so delicious, and the tartar sauce is mind blowing. And the chips?! No words. This guy is it if you want incredible fish & chips.“

If I go on a Wednesday, the food is good- and practically perfect. If I go on a Sunday, it is not the same. For example, last week I got my usual order and also ordered a bean burrito for later. That bean burrito was so good that I told my friend how good it was. Fast forward to Sunday. I made my order and I ordered another burrito. On Sunday my order was barely edible. The burrito didn’t have any cheese in it whatsoever like the one before. I ended up throwing that away because the beans themselves tasted a little off. There was no cheese to offset the weirdness of the beans.

The service was less than friendly on Sunday, and I get it. Nobody wants to sit in a hot taco truck on a Sunday. There wasn’t the regular drinks that there are during the week. And although I do appreciate that it was open on Sunday, if the food is going to be subpar, and the employees are so unhappy, that they are unwelcoming, Perhaps it’s best to close on Sundays like everybody else….

Parking: Parking could be stressful as it’s in the parking lot if a mini mart. Parking is minimal and the business is located on two busy streets so parking on either of those streets it’s not an option.“

“Delicious! This food truck came as part of a weekly program hosted by my apartment complex, and I was excited to finally try birria. I got the queso birria (#6), which came with 3 tacos and consomme. The meat was incredibly tender and the queso was perfectly melty and stretchy. The grilled onions were a good accompaniment, and both the red and green sauces had good flavor - with the red having a pretty good kick. The tacos had two layers of corn tortillas, so I separated them and dipped the outer tortillas into the comsomme. Yum! Looking forward to their next visit - the pizza birria is on my list!“

“My husband is Mexican and this is one of the few places he will eat tacos at. It's authentic, fresh and delicious! Homemade tortillas, a variety of meat options, fast and friendly service, Delicias Michoacanas never disappoint.

We noticed they upgraded the tables to wooden picnic style and added flower baskets around, making it very nice and pretty.“

“I have been looking for a good Indian food cart for some time that also served meat, This place definitely measures up. 10 minutes from giving my order the food's hot and ready for me to take away. I've been back several times and will continue to do so.

Parking: There's plenty of parking in the large lot. But if you want to park right up close to the food vendors, those fill up quickly. They also often close off a couple of the parking spaces directly in front of the vendors, a minor inconvenience.“

“We ordered sushi burritos from this food cart, which had recently increased their prices by $5. We were hesitant to order at first, but we caved because we were craving them and one of us had never tried them before.The service was great! They were out of chicken, but they offered to make us a custom burrito for a small upcharge. However, they later found that they had enough chicken after all, so we didn't have to pay extra.The wrap itself didn't hold up very well. It came apart a few times, which made eating the burrito a bit messy. The seaweed didn't wrap around the sushi fully, which also contributed to the messiness. The parchment paper was also a bit weak, which made it difficult to hold the burrito together.Overall, the food was delicious and filling. However, we don't think it's worth the new price of $15 for a food cart item. We would be more likely to order it again if it was priced at $12. The price increase from $10 to $15 is a bit steep, and we think it's not quite worth the extra money for a food cart item.“

“We visited this place for the first time yesterday! I got the lamb gyro spicy & it was TO DIE FOR! The best gyro i have ever had! It was FULL of sauce and veggies as well! So filling and refreshing. The sauces were perfect! Everything was prefect! Very friendly staff. I wish I didn’t live an hour away because I would be back today!! Next time I’ll also order the gyro, my husband is interested in the Double chicken and rice and we are also interested in their Gyro fries!! Thank you Amazing gyro! The name suits you perfectly! “This is the type of authentic taco food cart with great food that you may be looking for. It is great for a quick lunch outside on a day with good weather. I really liked the nice service from the servers and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. It is a food cart, so there is only outdoor seating but it is clean. I would recommend the owners add a couple more picnic tables and maybe remove the odd bar structure on the patio. Also beware that parking is limited. But otherwise I recommend it.“

“Master Taco truck comes by my work almost daily. It's next to impossible to resist. Their truck horn sends me and my coworkers running to order food. The savory smells emitted from the truck get your mouth watering like one of Pavlov's Dogs. Strongly recommend the breakfast burritos and supreme burrito, but you honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Really wish they would bring back fish tacos! They have a truck near 185th and Canyon Road if you want to check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed! The convenience is nice, however the food and hospitality are next level!“
