We've tried most of the menu and everything is delicious. I grew up in Louisiana and their red beans and rice hits the spot! They're also really lovely people.
This is the only authentic Cajun food in the Portland area. I’ve lived here over 10 years and if anyone else claims they sell cajun food, they’re wrong. I’m so grateful I found this food cart. The gumbo and Étouffée is 100% legit and takes me right back home to Cajun country!
If you love authentic NOLA food in PNW this is your place! We got crawfish étouffée, and they’re special for the day shrimp bbq and grits. We also love that every order comes with hot sauce of your choice (I love crystal Louisiana hot sauce so much)
