They showed up outside my apartment today while I was goin to get food so decided to give them a try instead and it was worth it ! some of the best birria con consome I’ve had. would def go back again the prices are alittle high but worth it to support a local truck !
This food truck is absolutely amazing. The pizza they serve is like a full medium sized pizza! The quesadillas come with beans and rice and the option of your meat of choice in them. Hands down the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. If you see this food truck, do not pass it up!

Delicious! This food truck came as part of a weekly program hosted by my apartment complex, and I was excited to finally try birria. I got the queso birria (#6), which came with 3 tacos and consomme. The meat was incredibly tender and the queso was perfectly melty and stretchy.
