Really delicious, and so happy to have a Japanese sandwich cart in Portland. I loved the Pork katsu!
Hey so that was fire.
Got a Tokyo Sando with the chicken katsu and it was phenomenal. The bread is soft, the chicken is crispy and juicy at the same time, and the black garlic sets the whole thing over the edge. 10/10.
The pleasant woman behind the counter makes the whole thing even better.

The sandwiches are legendary. I had the Tokyo Sando and it did not disappoint. The chicken cutlet was tender and crispy, it contrasted nicely with the soft bread and paired beautifully with the tanginess of their signature sauce. You should arrive early! This is a popular joint and the lines can get long
