The Tokyo Gyoza Scotch Egg sandwich is one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. Highest recommendation.

The lady at the the truck was really friendly, we ordered the chicken katsu sando and the karaage. It was one of the best sandwiches that I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back.

Loved the little food cart and the overall atmosphere in the food cart pod. The Scotch Egg Sando sandwich looked impressive but ultimately the deep fried egg did not deliver on flavor (or texture). The bread was also very plain and didn't taste like shokupan.Overall, we loved the concept and menu and would come again to try a more traditional sando!

I am so happy they came back! My partner and I came a little before they were going to close (they could have easily refused us arriving so late) and they made our spicy Miso chicken Katsu to perfection! Before we could eat them, though, we dropped one and in our despair they even replaced the second sandwich. It was the kindest thing they could do and we didn't even ask for it. ありがとう!

So happy Tokyo Sando is back!! I like the new location in the food cart pod because now there’s a place to sit down - it’s even covered so it’s an option rain or shine :) I’ve had most of the sandwiches at this point and love them all! The egg salad sandwich is delicious and the miso katsu sandwiches do not miss. Highly recommend a visit! You can skip the green tea because it is definitely overpriced, but it does pair well with the sandwiches. Also service is great, the woman taking orders is an absolute delight.

We arrived 10 minutes before closing, and we were the last order of the day., And drop my sandwich right off their stove. The sweet folks at Tokyo Sando remade it for free :’) their food is love, truly. Thank you thank you thank you ?

Absolutely ridiculously good. The taste is out of this world. They moved to a pod where there is seating now. So now, it's the only place I will eat during my lunch breaks downtown.

Hands down the best sandwich in town (and easily up there for best meals). I always order online for pick up as their line is rightfully slammed.

Great quality, sometimes options run out fast so be aware of that
