This place slaps. Never had a bad meal here and I’ve been here quite a few times. That beet salad is insane, and the fried chicken and fish are to die for.

Damn good food & service!! Fried chicken was incredible and the salad was super fresh and delicious. Great stop if you’re looking for a cart that’s got something for everyone. Plus, the soft serve is a must. 😋
We get spoiled with endless options for good food in PDX, so it’s worth noting when you find a spot with a standout item. The fried chicken sandwich is just that. Crispy outside, tender inside, made my day! Thanks Cole — will be back for the ice cream hopefully very soon!

The smash burgers are popular, featuring pickles, romaine lettuce, tomato, cheese, aioli sauce, and a grilled bun, though some guests note that onions are missing. The portions are generous, especially for the fries, which are excellent. The brunch menu has received praise, particularly for the pancakes and The Hunker Down dish, though some prefer their gravy on the side. The food cart has a great vibe in the Hinterland area, and the staff is super kind and friendly. Plus, there’s hard-to-find soft serve ice cream and unique sundaes that kids and adults love.
