I learn about this place from chef’s table. I got what I was looking for: unique and tasty pizza experience. We had fennel sausage + kale pizza and morel mushroom + spinach pizza. Super tasty, super interesting. The dough is crispy outside and soft, chewy inside. Would love to come back to try more!
Overall Thoughts: This is a popular Portland pizza spot for good reasons— the ingredients are fresh, the flavors are sharp and distinct, and the crusts are nice and chewy. The vibes are loud, energetic, and vibrant. They don’t do reservations, but my group arrived at ~5:30pm on a Tuesday and though it was decently crowded, we were seated immediately.
