I was there for pick-up. Not food breakables. They help a young couple with their fresh business. Saving and giving them their glass bottles chipped plates cups anything breakable. But I will say that when I walked in, I could see everyone was enjoying themselves. The food smelled awesome. The pizzas looked amazing. The workers were very nice and very friendly. And if I didn't get there around closing time. And i was not working. I would have ordered me some food.
So I stop by my favorite tiki bar, The Alibi, for a quick Mai Tai cocktail on my way home back to Hillsboro.It’s a Friday afternoon so I decide I better bring home dinner… pizza sounds good, and the Googlemaps says there’s a great place right across the street called Pinky’s.I wander outside and sure enough there’s Pinky’s Pizza.Walking inside to place my order and I think I’ve walked into the wrong place somehow because this looks like The Great Wall of Bourbon,...read full review

I’ve been to pinky’s a couple times now, the pizza is fantastic with a flaky crust that’s different and delicious. It doesn’t get the hype that other Portland pizza places get, but it’s just as good.I think the only reason it doesn’t get a lot of attention is because vegetarian options are pretty much build your own and some of the pies just have too many toppings for a thin crust, which is distracting.In my top 5 in Portland for sure
