“Such a fun little cocktail lounge in downtown Portland! Really enjoyed the vibe, dim lit, music space. Has two seperate spaces one side when ypu first walk in for walk ins and another space specifically for reservations. Reservation side was definitely not as busy but both sides were chill and cool. Only thing we didn't like and can complain about is when asked for Titos vodka for our drinks we were told they dont carry and serve Titos. For a cocktail lounge you would think they would have a big variety of alcohol choices. The drink menu was also over whelming as we weren't sure what most of the items on the menu were. All in all we enjoyed our time with friends at the Teardrop Lounge ✨️“

“This place is a Portland gem. Amazing vibes! They had fantastic drinks. Very inclusive food and the best ambiance. Cozy romantic cool vintage, and more. Very interesting drinks. Both Cafe drinks and bar beverages and I love that they were so inclusive with vegetarian options, gluten-free options, and zero proof options. Very important. I highly highly recommend.“

“Just a great little tiki bar. Fun creative cocktails. Everything was really nice. They use great spirits with good quality ingredients. The little snack we had was great. Pretty busy little place for a Monday night. Lots of locals you could tell were there after work decompressing chatting visiting. Definitely had a real old Portland vibe that I remember from before the pandemic. Caught me off guard. I had low expectations but it was a great little spot.“

“This place was excellent!
Friendly and attentive staff, but don’t bother you or make you feel rushed. We felt we really got to enjoy the experience.
Drinks I enjoyed: Them Apples and Little Talks
Food we shared: Canapé Trio, Oysters, Wild Mushrooms
Entrees: Pork Picatta, and their New Years Special; Surf & Turf.
Our server was Asher F. and he was so kind.
Will definitely go here again!“

“Shig's menu is on point: the burger and chicken sandwich are both among the best ones in town. Mini Monday and Taco Tuesday are 5 star experiences: the sliders and crunchwrap fully slap. Sean's cocktail menu is terrific, both perennials and seasonals (the Golden Sombrero ftw). My praise to every bartender who contributes to it. Beyond the surface, the intangibles are undeniable: this is a true neighborhood joint that consistently punches above its weight, and they do the neighborhood proud.“

“Best Mezcal selection in the country! Their Mezcal wall is so impressive. Dan and Brendon are artists at cocktail making. Delicious cocktails. They are super nice and we learned a lot about Mezcal. The Brussels sprouts Caesar is amazing! Whatever sauce is in it should be bottled. The tacos melt in your mouth. So delicious. The atmosphere is dark, moody, toasty. Great on a fall/winter night!“
“I frequented this place a lot over the years, it’s nice and intimate inside and a great place for a date night. We don’t usually order food but the cocktails are straight forward and well mixed. It’s not the best place in town to order a cocktail, but it is the best place in “

“A go-to spot in Beaumont Village and my number one cocktail bar recommendation. Kate, one of the owners, always makes us feel at home. The drinks are sophisticated and the atmosphere is cozy yet modern. They have classic cocktails with a twist plus no proof and low proof offerings. Every single food item is top notch…favorites include Shrimp Cocktail, Cheese Curds, and seasonal items like the Beet Salad. The Classique Burger is the absolute best and has been for years. The Olive Oil Cake makes for the perfect finish to any Wonderly evening.“

“Raven's Manor's atmosphere was wonderful! Staff was very nice, made excellent suggestions to make sure we had the best visit. Drinks were good, appetizer was tasty. We walked in but seated immediately. Staff also made recommendations for other businesses. Very nice, had a great time.“
“Participated in Portland Dining Month. Food was good and had ample size servings. The area it's located in is really nice but the space is quaint and you need to make time to find parking. We sat between 2 couples and it was a little loud when everyone was speaking. Conversation came down when the food arrived. I'd recommend if you are planning dinner with another person. It's a good place for food and drinks. I suspect when the weather is better, customers can sit outside and enjoy a good meal.“
“Does your grandma have a secret? Portland OR’s does. This grandma spices things with with Vietnamese style fare and cocktails. Super small and quaint little place that is really fun for a group of 2 or 3 people. Prices are high for the drink quality imo, but I would definitely recommend - 4/5“

“Saw an ad on Instagram about this spot and boy am I so glad I saw it! This place is so beautifully decorated and immediately sets a fun, polished, welcomIng vibe. I'm a big fan of flights so was very happpy to see that at the forefront of this menu. We went for the bubbles flight - everything was delicious and I had never had a sparkling red! For the food we tried the fondue (delish), deviled eggs, and tuna tartare (definitely the star). Service was amazing as well of course can't wait to come back and also can't believe I had never explored this area before!“

“What a great spot to hang out. Food and drinks are fabulous. Paydirt is dark and sexy with a huge selection behind the bar. Bartenders are friendly. Sitting outside is fun when the weather is right. Choice of food is awesome. Mexican, fried chicken, pizza, pho, it’s all good. Parking is street and we were a block away but not too far.“

“Can’t say I’ve ever been to a cocktail bar that featured saltwater tank aquariums. They’ve certainly got novelty going for them here.
I only ordered one drink which was the Perfect Matcha. It was vodka based and I actually don’t like vodka, so I don’t know what I was thinking when I ordered it, but it was surprisingly refreshing. The vodka is green tea infused and makes it really light and clean tasting. A touch sweet and creamy (but not thick) with some earthy matcha flavor. I liked it.“

“We had eaten at Langbaan (their expensive other restaurant), which we tremendously enjoyed as a fine dining experience. We wanted to try Phuket. We were pleased with the quality of service, prices, ambience, and the food. One dish was a bit lacking in flavor, but the other three we had were superb. Definitely worth revisiting.“

“I rented out the Bad Habit Room for our team holiday party and am so glad I did! Randi made booking and planning a breeze. Our bartender Joffrey was fun and helpful and made some fantastic cocktails (and some creative mocktails!) The appetizer platters we ordered from the catering menu were beautiful and very high quality for the price, and I appreciated that we were able to swap in some vegan options. For the main course, we ordered from Saraveza's menu, and the food was great and came out very quickly. The background music was perfect, and the pinball machines were a nice bonus! Everyone had a fantastic time, and my husband and I are already talking about what event we want to host there next.“

“WOW! A reasonably priced fine dining experience (all vegan!🌱)!
The portions were generous!
Had the PB+J cabbage- sounds weird but is so tasty! The risotto was warm and savory and the cured carrots in it were so so good! Got both pasta dishes - the parsnip carbonara and the wheat berry sausage agnolotti- both were divine!
The lighting was warm and dim. The decor is dark and moody and beautiful.“

“The food, the cocktails are great along with the staff. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.“
“The Cypress room is a hybrid little side room, half bar, half restaurant (and thus minor friendly), just across from the main Courtyard restaurant, specializing in light bites, desserts, brews and cocktails. Unlike Honors, Detention, and the Boiler Room, it's open *most* of the time, with no real blackout times or dates (other than the early morning), making it among the most accessible, thus it's probably the room in which I've spent the most time at the Kennedy School, other than the soaking pool.Service is usually quick and attentive; easy to do in a cozy little space like this. And as its just one piece of the McMenamins pie, the prices and quality of drinks and food are the same as you'll find elsewhere on campus. If your visit to the Kennedy School involves coming early, or bringing kids, you're probably going to find yourself in the Cypress Room at some point!
Kid-friendliness: Minor friendly (and the only "bar" on campus that is).“

“This is a hidden gem. Service was great. Enthusiastic and welcoming. Drinks were served swiftly and competently. Menu is conservative but still fun to explore. My club and French fries were satisfying. Was thrilled to see actual chicken meat in my sandwich and not sliced deli meat. Lots of real avocado, bacon and grilled thickly sliced sour dough made it a meal. Beet salad to start was dressed a bit heavily but delicious nonetheless.
This is a small space with only me and my 4 comrades and another party about the same size sat directly next to us. Why?
Would be nervous to see this place filled as I'd worry about hearing conversation.
My friends told me that both servings of garlic fries weren't hot. And my other friend did not get his requested avocado on his burger. Also, we were celebrating a birthday and don't think they serve dessert as none was offered.
Also, I assume you can park in motel lot for dining. If so, that's a bonus in NW!“

“As we have been in Bellpine a dozen times since 2024 we see changes that happen in their menus and schedule. We had breakfast, lunch (when lunch was still served) , brunch and dinner in the past.. This time we were there for brunch. We think that it was a good idea to combine breakfast and lunch menus and serve brunch every day. The menu for brunch is bigger and has a lot of items to choose from. The only problem we noticed is that the portions are not proportional. We ordered crab sandwich last year , which more like crab roll with brioche that was fine. It is listed among "sandwiches", but the portion this time was too small for any sandwich. It reminds their dinner appetizer that is called Crab Berliner. The size of the crab sandwich cannot be the same as the appetizer. The white bread was tasty, but it was not brioche. Belgian waffle is listed with desserts, but it is more like a separate meal. On a positive note the food was well prepared and the menu items are changed in a timely manner. The city views are stunning and the dining room is very well decorated. The service was exceptional. We hope to see more positive changes in this restaurant in the future. Highly recommend it for special celebrations.“

“After visiting several bars and restaurants across the country and Portland (specifically) it’s impressive to see a spot that cares deeply about the atmosphere, service and menu.
I’ve been here twice and each time have been very impressed by how hospitable the bartenders are.
Josh is a standout and clearly cares about his team and customers.
Overall, 10/10. This is the kind of spot that Portland NEEDS.“
