“Been here twice and was not disappointed! Great vibes! We had a reservation so we were seated promptly even without having the 4 people all at once. Order was supposed to be placed at the bar which was a little inconvenient. In drinks we got the Dew Process which was sweet but nice, United States of Baijiu and Green Machine were great. Mandarin wings were amazing as always, tofu was greasy but great, honey shrimp was awesome! The silk dumplings were not so great since they were too doughy and I could barely taste the wagyu beef in it. All in all a fun experience!“

“One of my favorite places in the neighborhood. The staff all are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and it’s not a small menu. They really have something for everyone including a big list of NA cocktails. If you catch one of the bartenders with some time, they will really nerd out about the cocktails they are developing. I’ve never had a bad drink and the cocktails are a steal compared to drinks of quality in other cities.
Same with the food. The bread and butter is perfect. The butter is salty and soft. That and the pickle plate are my go-tos to nosh on. Seats are comfortable.“

“Very cool cocktail bar with a lowkey, relaxed atmosphere. I ordered a Paloma with Casa Migos, and it was absolutely perfect. The modern Western decor and live DJ really set this place apart, on top of great service and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be back to try some more incredibly made cocktails!“

“I’m so sad I have not been here earlier, but I tried the meat Sando and oh my goodness that was so delicious. I ended up eating at super fast because I just couldn’t stop biting into it. I enjoy the chai, and the atmosphere was so peaceful in the morning and then it gets busy in the afternoon but still it was really nice. Just a bit chilly.“

“I’ll start with saying Neal and Deandre were great. I’ve done 18 years in hospitality and they were genuine and wonderful. I had never been to Portland before but when I found this establishment, I knew I had to go; I was not disappointed. The Beelzebub was Neal’s creation and it was so much fun. My other favorite was the Pazuzu. The descriptions and execution of every item were spot on. Whenever I end up in Portland I will absolutely go here the evening I arrive.“

“I make it a point to visit Canard Burnside on all of my trips to Portland! The unique flavors and presentations on their menu keep me coming back for more. Had the roasted beets last night for the first time and the flavor was out of this world.“

“Awesome atmosphere, great food and service. While not the best chicken sandwich in town, it's got a great crunch and combination of flavors with the sauce on it. I wish it was a little thicker piece of chicken but the bun is great. The fries are delicious, and the staff kindly offered many kinds of sauces for the food. It's a great place to bicycle to, right on a Greenway and a section of road closed to vehicles which they utilize for a terrific outdoor seating area. This place is great, highly recommend.“

“We wanted to try here again, it had been a few years since we'd been. It made it for happy hour and got a couple of the cocktails-a rum negroni and an Old Fashioned type bourbon drink. Both were excellent. We got some food including the shrimp cocktail and a burger and fries. The food was also fantastic. Our server was super friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our experience here and will be back soon.“

Exact order I recommend, trust me: Burrata, cheese pizza (it’s better than what you think a normal cheese pizza is), pesto pasta with chicken, and a cocktail. Thanks to Natane, who gave excellent service, we will absolutely be back.“

“Sunrice is inside of Roxy hotel. Pleasant ambiance of the lobby tucked behind the hotel front desk for hotel guests and food court eaters.

Staff was friendly and provided impeccable service. Surprisingly uncrowded for a Saturday afternoon. I loved the art on the walls and the playlist (mostly 90’s music).“

“Reservations are strongly recommended here, especially if you want to take advantage of their happy hour. We had a 5:15 seating and it only got busier and busier as the evening went on, which was really humming all night. I particularly love the happy hour menu because it lets you try a broader range of dishes at a fraction of the usual price.

We decided to skip the mains and just order a bunch of cold and hot zakuskis, though I definitely had my eye on the Golubsti for a future visit. Everything we tried was fantastic and felt like a real journey through post-Soviet cuisine, specifically via Belarus if I’m remembering correctly. The tangy assortment of pickled vegetables was a great start, followed by the ultra-salty (in the best way) and sumptuous caviar on toast. The savoriness of the meat dumplings was a great yin to the yang of the richness and creaminess of the farmer's cheese dumplings, and the cod liver on rye was beautifully balanced by a snowfall of fresh horseradish on top. The standout, though, was the Herring 'Under a Fur Coat', which the menu describes as a Russian 7-layer dip and which was absolutely spectacular, airy, and light in a way I was not expecting when they first set the dish down in front of me.

Our server was warm, attentive, and always happy to jump in with recommendations, which made the whole experience even better. The space itself was full of energy, and the shop upstairs is also a fun bonus, with everything from the same dumplings they serve in the restaurant, but frozen, to a wide selection of wines and liquors. Overall a fantastic meal overall and already looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu!“

“Grabbed dinner and drinks here on a Tuesday and it was a lively but not overcrowded outdoor space. The chicken banh mi was yummy and I really loved the fries and sauce. The Brussels sprouts portion was huge for two people but it was crisped to perfection“

We had the Mì Quảng Tumeric noodles + bottle of Pinot Grigio and kept talking about how underrated Vietnamese food is with wine pairings. Lobster Puffs are also to die for! Their patio area is gonna be the place to be this summer!“

“Does your grandma have a secret? Portland OR’s does. This grandma spices things with with Vietnamese style fare and cocktails. Super small and quaint little place that is really fun for a group of 2 or 3 people. Prices are high for the drink quality imo, but I would definitely recommend - 4/5“

“February 8th, 2026 menu & service was absolutely divine! Start to finish service and all staff present were absolutely charming and very attentive. Presentation was beautiful, the atmosphere felt very warm, cozy and inviting. Plates were absolutely stunning in all ways. The textures in each dish were just so perfect, exciting and unique. The flavors complimented each other so well and each course was perfectly balanced, flowing nicely into the next. Everything was absolutely perfect, the thrill of enjoying such technical yet plant based preperations genuinly brings tears of joy. The Kombucha pairings were magical. Meadowland was perfect. “This place is truly incredible. It has every generation from Atari to Nintendo Switch 2, from every major manufacturer, TurboGrafx-16 included. The library is extensive and the energy is palpable. They handle all the game-switching for you; all you do is play, eat, and drink. The prices are more than reasonable and the quality of food & drinks far exceeded my expectations.
