“My brother and I went to the Cove last night and they got it right. Everything was excellent! I had the ahi tuna and my brother the scallops. Not a nite left. Even shared a dessert of butter cake ! Our server was awesome“

“Visiting friends in Portland, they took us here for Breakfast. Loved the ambiance. After a 30-minute wait (we didn't have a reservation), we were finally seated and waited... and waited... and waited, eventually receiving our order after another 45 minutes. Two of three orders were wrong - I had ordered "The standard" - described as "the standard two eggs* with a choice of bacon or Zenner's sausage served with home fries or field greens and choice of toast". Got it with roasted potatoes. The waiter insisted that's how they would always come - but then served extra fries - and, to make up for the wait, comped us with some of the jummy sweet balls they show in their icon image. I found this nice, but also the only appropriate thing to do to save them from a two-star review. Because the server, whom I found uncharmingly stressed at first, really woke up and sped up his game, I would take the experience and try it again when we visit our friends next time. The place itself is very nice, and the food was tasty - and would under other circumstances qualify for four stars or more (if you have read my other reviews, you may remember that I am rather particular with five stars).“

“Swang by in the afternoon for a quick drink and a bite. Bartender was extremely friendly, and the bar was clean. Food came a little bit slow, but the drinks were delicious and there was a big variety. They got some arcade games in the back for something to do, and the whoever was on the aux that day played some bangers. Will be back again.“

“Had a lovely early dinner here today. We were a party of three and had a pizza, penne with sausage, chicken Caesar salad and Tiramisu. All were delicious and well presented. Service was awesome, atmosphere pleasing. Will be back!“

Vault 31 offers their own in-house wood-fired pizzas! The owners here make their very own dough, AND sauce! Last night I tried the "Pickle Rick" pizza! Surprisingly delicious. Composed of red sauce, pepperoni, and bread N' butter pickles! YUMMMMM!!!!!!“

“This is always our ‘go to’ in Vancouver. The food is amazing and the wine list is even better! They have an extensive list of wines available for purchase at incredible prices. Make sure you do some wine tasting with Jersey. She is an absolute gem and our wine experience with her was the highlight of our visit. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. “My husband and I visited the "Shinsen" sushi restaurant in October 2024. The reason we post this review much later is we just returned home in London, UK. We were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we entered this nice restaurant. The interior design of the restaurant is made from the heart with attention to detail in the theme of the Far East. Next, the friendly atmosphere is created by the restaurant staff. Restaurant chefs prepare dishes right next to you and you can watch it being prepared. During our visit, we tried many dishes and drinks. I must admit that my husband, who is a very picky person and stingy with praise, found the food very tasty and delicious, giving much praises to the staff. I, however, was enchanted by my Violet Eyes cocktail being served "in the fog". We wish this nice restaurant every success.“

“So many Thai places in Vancouver, WA, I always find my way back here. I've been eating here regularly for over 10 years. The food is reasonably priced, the service is consistent, and the food is always fresh and fast. I never had a bad meal here.“

Got the avocado toast and it was AMAZING. Pancakes were also delicious, don’t know what syrup they got but it’s the best I’ve ever had! Bacon was great as well. Coffee was mid (bitter for me but I still had two mugs lol) but the food more than makes up for it. It’s a diner with great breakfast basics and hospitality that makes you feel at home.“

“We went for a birthday celebration for my Daughter and GrandDaughter. We did make reservations to get a larger table ready for 12. The atmosphere is upscale and tasteful. Comfortable booths or tables and outside dining are available. I ordered vegan tacos - sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, pico, and avocado on soft corn tortillas served with black beans and rice. Delicious and beautifully plated. Their house made flan is creamy, caramel deliciousness and is the best I've had. The fresh squeezed margaritas were made with top shelf tequila. Edwin, the server, was very friendly and attentive. He earned his 30% tip! The prices are just what is expected for food of this quality and the quantity of food makes it worth every penny. And, bonus - the birthday girls wore giant sombreros while they were serenaded with the birthday song and awarded deep fried ice cream! I have eaten at Margarita Factory Hazel Dell before and will go back again and again.“

“Ok, I love Grassa, been coming here for years both in Portland and in Vancouver. Didn't get the full five stars because they changed the meatball recipe or something to make them too spicy. Maybe they didn't make a test meatball from the mix to address quality control, but just wanted to make the owners aware that stuff matters.“
