My top favorite "dive bar"/Chinese restaurant in all of Portland Oregon. Affordable beverages and food! Friendly service/friendly patrons. Unassuming building, quaint cute interior, amazing service and good food. This is the Chinese restaurant I've been looking for in Portland. Lunch special are worth the price of admission. Good sized portions and family friendly environment. Seems like lots of the surrounding neighbors regularly come here.

I had a beer for $2.50 and the bar tender was really nice she asked me my name and introduced herself and made me feel welcomed. She was very nice and will come back to have a drink again because of her welcoming of new patrons. It’s a really nice place it reminds me of the dive bars in New Orleans .
