3 stars for the food because The soft Taco tortillas were soggy and mushy by the time I got home and I only live a three block distance. I gave service four stars instead of five because they were quick and friendly. However, I ordered a couple items too much and asked to get them removed before I paid and they refused and they said they couldn't do it. It's Taco Bell, you know what you're getting into. It's cheap, it's edible, it's served in a polite and timely manner. Don't expect much else. Never really busy as far as I can tell so that's nice. I wish there were some more fast food options on this street.

The only reason I go to this location is because it's close. Half the time, they screw up my order, either by messing up a burrito or forgetting to include an item altogether. That might not seem like that big of a deal, but when I have to take the light rail to and from here, it's not something that can be easily remedied. Contacting their customer service doesn't do a thing, either - I've yet to hear back from them, even once.
