“This place is so good. I come a minimum of 2-3 times a month. I get the prime sweet hot spicy chicken meal. It comes with crispy chicken (that actually stays crispy when you get it to-go or have leftovers!) sauced in a fantastic sweet and spicy sauce, a side of the “prime” sauce (which is like a garlic ranch), delicious picked daikon and purple rice. It’s always packaged so beautifully and the staff are all very nice, you can tell they care about the product they serve.“

“Had a great time on a cold day relaxing with some tea, Boba tea, ice cream and chicken Sate with rice. Quiet. Tastefully decorated with rice paper lanterns and bamboo. Founded by a Chinese Ph D student, the Barista today was from Thailand. Had a nice conversation with her since I have traveled to Thailand several times.“

Full of flavor and love the passion fruit Yakult green tea!!! Soooo delicious in a cup. Get the added toppings… I like to do lychee.

“What a great place for boba drinks. It is located in a newly developed area. All drinks appear to come with many slices of lime wedges. If you are a lime lover, this place is for you.

We had a custom drink with Thai green tea, lychee flavor and jellies. The other drink was from a pre-made menu. Both drinks are quite sweet but they were just right if you let the ice melt a little.“

“This little place is a Hidden Gem of NW 23rd.

Though it’s down a half-flight from the sidewalk, it’s filled with natural light from rows of windows. It has a simple modern décor and layout that’s sensible and comfortable, it was exceptionally clean, and the staff were easy-going and considerate.

Our sandwiches and drinks were terrific and very reasonably priced. We found it to be a quiet oasis when we wanted a break from all the noise and action on 23rd. Overall, it had a great vibe - worth a visit if you’re in the area.“

“We've tried most of the bubble tea shops in the Portland area, and this is the one we keep coming back to, even though we live 30 minutes away! Friendly staff, enough variety in drinks while still keeping quality and distinctive flavors for each, and great atmosphere. If you love the taste of tea and real milk, they use high quality ingredients with adjustments for sweetness and ice levels. AND their rice balls offer a great savory balance to accompany as a snack or meal. The flights of drinks or rice balls are really fun to share. And did I mention the bobaristas are great? “My partner and I have been meaning to try this place out for a while. We finally made it down yesterday (1/30/26), and it was EXCELLENT. I got the staff recommended drink (chocolate rose milk tea with strawberry popping boba); it was so good! I didn't hear what my partner ordered because I was reading the wall of community-written thank you notes, but his was a blended tropical something with jelly additions. That was super good too. Like, really super good. The staff were extremely sweet and I enjoyed our brief conversation (thank you for complimenting my coat! I wanted to compliment your makeup but I got flustered). 10/10“

“We come to Boba Cat Tea House pretty often since it’s close to where we live, and it’s become one of our go-to spots for boba.

I usually get matcha, which has really good flavor. Last time I tried it with strawberry compote added, and it was super yummy. My partner usually gets tea with lychee and really enjoys it as well. When we get boba, the pearls are consistently just right. Soft, chewy, and flavorful. The brown sugar milk tea is especially delicious.

I typically order 50% sweetness, which is perfect for me, while my partner prefers 100%, and both options work well depending on taste.

The shop itself is very cute inside and a great place to hang out, though we often grab and go since it’s so convenient for us.

While their menu might be a little less familiar to folks used to drinking Boba, I highly encourage getting a sample and trying something new. I love the soymilk slushy with boba or jelly. Their boba is always fresh, and If you’ve never had fresh soy milk, you are missing out. It’s nothing like what you get at the supermarket. Their puddings are amazing. The pandan custard with coconut cream is 10/10. Adorable ambience and always friendly service!“

Congratulations on the second location in Hillsboro. I’ve been going to the Portland location for the past three years, and it’s always been one of my favorites. Family-owned, consistently good, and the owner has always been incredibly kind and welcoming.

It’s exciting to see the expansion, and you can tell there’s a lot of heart behind this business. The food continues to deliver with rich, flavorful broth and quality ingredients that keep me coming back.

Opening a second location is never easy, but I’m confident this one will grow into the same great experience as the original. Wishing the team continued success, and I’ll definitely be back to support!!“

“I visited Bubble N Tea and had a great experience!

I ordered the strawberry matcha with jelly topping, and it was really delicious. The combination of sweet strawberry and slightly earthy matcha worked surprisingly well together. The drink was refreshing, not too sweet, and the jelly added a fun, chewy texture that made it even better.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The shop has a cozy vibe, and service was quick even when it got a bit busy.

I just stopped by here after seeing they have limited BT21 Galaxy series drinks with BT21 merch! This special lasts til the end of this month, so if you're reading this review now, go stop by before it ends!
The place is bright and the staff is friendly! They have two kiosk stations to take your order, or you can always order at the front counter. Their menu is exactly all of the things I love: slushies/smoothies, classic teas, unique special teas, rice bites, and soft serve.

This was my first time dropping by, so I had to grab a Galaxy drink: the Ube, Matcha, Black sesame with coconut milk as a dairy substitute. They also have oat milk and soy milk. I went with their default settings for this drink because I wanted to experience their vision of this drink, and let me tell you, it is not super sweet! LOVE that! It's the right amount of sweetness to me, but you can always adjust the level of ice and sweetness to your liking. I went with the limited edition BT21 jar (blind box purchase) for $30. I love the jar :) Comes with a cleaner, glass straw, and a nice lid. Their drinks are beautifully presented with clean layers and mix nicely with each flavor complimenting each other. Ugh, YES. Finally, a place that has my top 3 favorite flavors in one drink!!! Each Galaxy drink comes with a BT21 designed cup sleeve too. My husband ordered their other Galaxy series drink: espresso, ube, and black sesame with coconut milk. Another solid choice that doesn't disappoint. My daughter ordered one of their many kid friendly drinks, dragonfruit slushy, and enjoyed it. The flavor is vibrant. It reflects the quality of this place.

Super good drinks, i know blended drinks are a pain to make but they truly are the best on the menu!! “My tea was great but it was a bad experience as a person who is hard of hearing.
The employees were very soft spoken.
I misheard a question and instead of repeating themselves to fix the miscommunication, I got a response that made me feel like they didn't want me in there anymore. I also didn't hear when they called my name (if they did? Again, I didn't hear) and allowed my drink to just sit on the counter until I looked up to see it waiting for me. I was the only one in the store at the time.

But on the plus side the Elegant Rose Tea is my new obsession, the perfect drink I needed for a lunch break on a super hot day!“

“It's been getting really cold here in Beaverton and I decided to try pho for the first time. I tried the combo beef pho here was amazing! I have some allergies with MSG, so here in BEP there is no MSG in the food. My experience there was really good. With great employees and great service, I could tell that there were intention and care put into this place. Will be coming back soon.“
