“What a great place for boba drinks. It is located in a newly developed area. All drinks appear to come with many slices of lime wedges. If you are a lime lover, this place is for you.

We had a custom drink with Thai green tea, lychee flavor and jellies. The other drink was from a pre-made menu. Both drinks are quite sweet but they were just right if you let the ice melt a little.“

“My partner and I have been meaning to try this place out for a while. We finally made it down yesterday (1/30/26), and it was EXCELLENT. I got the staff recommended drink (chocolate rose milk tea with strawberry popping boba); it was so good! I didn't hear what my partner ordered because I was reading the wall of community-written thank you notes, but his was a blended tropical something with jelly additions. That was super good too. “We come to Boba Cat Tea House pretty often since it’s close to where we live, and it’s become one of our go-to spots for boba.

I usually get matcha, which has really good flavor. Last time I tried it with strawberry compote added, and it was super yummy. My partner usually gets tea with lychee and really enjoys it as well. When we get boba, the pearls are consistently just right. Soft, chewy, and flavorful. The brown sugar milk tea is especially delicious.

I typically order 50% sweetness, which is perfect for me, while my partner prefers 100%, and both options work well depending on taste.

The shop itself is very cute inside and a great place to hang out, though we often grab and go since it’s so convenient for us.

While their menu might be a little less familiar to folks used to drinking Boba, I highly encourage getting a sample and trying something new. I love the soymilk slushy with boba or jelly. Their boba is always fresh, and If you’ve never had fresh soy milk, you are missing out. It’s nothing like what you get at the supermarket. Their puddings are amazing. The pandan custard with coconut cream is 10/10. Adorable ambience and always friendly service!“

“I love this place! They also have another location in Beaverton that I enjoy, but this one feels more spacious and has a cuter vibe. The shop is comfortable, inviting, and a great spot to grab a drink.
I still have so many drinks on the menu to try, but I always end up ordering my favorite the strawberry matcha with brown sugar boba. It's delicious every time. I also love that you can customize the sweetness level to your preference or just leave it at the standard setting.
The service is always wonderful, and the barista who helped me was the sweetest! Friendly service and great drinks keep me coming back.

Iced oolong tea with sugar was lightly floral and sweet.

Price was better than I expected for the quality and portion.

“It's been getting really cold here in Beaverton and I decided to try pho for the first time. I tried the combo beef pho here was amazing! I have some allergies with MSG, so here in BEP there is no MSG in the food. My experience there was really good. I’ve tried matcha lattes at various spots around Portland and no one makes them as good as Olia Poke! Their matcha is not too sweet and the bright, fresh green flavor of the tea is the star. So many places the matcha flavor is absent (green milk) or it’s way too sweet. Olia strikes that balance perfectly. Love the staff too, they are so friendly!“

“This is a very creative Donut, Boba drink place, It has some innovative drinks with Cool shaped donuts. The place is very cute with a little arcade machine, it is a little bit dirty and needs some touch up paint but whatever lol. we ended up ordering The Japanese Einspeinner matcha it, the Dirty Tiramisu Latte, Pineapple Passion fruit drink, and a Blackberry donut. First of The match just tasted like Milk we got it remade but wasn't good still were assuming Low quality match or bad portions.(Workers said owner swaps matcha brands frequently.) The tiramisu was good tasted like a chocolatey Coffee with cinnamon pretty nice. The pineapple passion fruit had good flavor all around. The Blackberry Donut was good but small amount of blackberry drizzle.

Since we discovered Fengying's kitchen every time we drive through Garibaldi we stop by this food cart. The cucumber salad, seasoned eggs, and noodles are excellent choices--although you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend!“
