My wife and I have tried many different Pho places in Portland, but only a handful of them have stood out as being exceptional: Pho Hung at 47th & Powell, and Pho Oregon on 82nd. Good foods and service. I love the dining ambience. One tiny drawback for me is that the foods might have a lot of MSG. I was very thirsty at the end of my Pho bowl. My husband had a rice dish and didn't have the same reaction .Food: 4/5
