For the final boba of my recent trip to Portland, I chose to go to Royaltea and I'm glad I did. This turned out to be the best drink of the 3 places I went. I found the store a bit hard to find, but that was probably my own fault. Since it's located right next to the entrance of the SF Supermarket Mall, I thought it was inside the mall instead of being on the outside. I've been here at least 3 times and what I enjoy about it is that the boba is consistent. I don't love that they rely on things like non dairy creamer, but that seems to be the standard at most places. The rating is for the texture and taste of the boba, which is perfectly cooked and doesn't have the overly chewy taste when you can tell it's been sitting in water all day.
