Shake Shack Bridgeport Village offers a comfy and clean location with fast and friendly service. While the food is good enough, customers have noted mixed experiences with specific items. Burgers can be small, and fries may not always be crispy. The shake is described as awesome, but the lemonade was not important. Parking can be difficult, and the restaurant has moved to self-order only with no drink refills. Despite some drawbacks, some customers find it worth returning to if in the area.
