Went here for a work lunch and got the vegetarian patty on my burger. Ugh. It was terrible. It didn't taste bad but it was a total mush-burger. It's like they made that patty out of mashed potatoes. Honestly, in this day and age of Impossible and Beyond burgers, there is no excuse for a wet, loose, bland vegetarian burger option. Please upgrade! Everything else here was good, so it still gets a good review.
I had the BEST experience at Cooper Mountain Ale Works this evening. I am gluten free. Our waiter said that his wife is celiac so we were in good hands. I ordered a gluten free pub Burger with roasted vegetables as a side. (Their house made waffle fries have gluten)I FRICKIN KID YOU NOT THIS BURGER -- ONE OF THE TOP 3 I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE. Our waiter said that they grind their own fresh hamburger on site. Those patties were ???. I can't explain. Just SO GOOD. Highly recommend.

Our favorite Portland area brew pub. Just has a great combination of a cool relaxing atmosphere, frequent live music, interesting menu, big windows and patio for people watching … great staff too. It’s a real community get together. Staff are real nice folks.
