“Jamba (7136 SW Hazel Fern Rd location near Bridgeport Village) in Tigard OR has the best service! The team is led by manager Sandra.
I had a problem with the app not giving me credit for an order. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the employee who walked me through the steps to try to get it the app to work. They used their own phone while I was calling in and tried to describe what to do. When it was apparent my app could not “replicate” those steps to give me credit for my purchase, the employee issued a credit in the form of a gift card to my account. This was above the call of duty!
I called the next day and asked for the manager. I spoke with Sandra who said they would acknowledge the employee who helped me, given my description of the time and day of the shift worked. Whoever you are, thank you!! And thank you to Sandra for having such an awesome crew!!“
