The food and service at this location is AMAZING!! I got the Orange Dream Machine and it was SO GOOD!! I had Rachel serving me and they were the best person ever. I ordered on 5/17/23. I highly suggest Rachel gets a raise or promotion because they were amazing. Great customer service, super kind, quick, and easy. Thank you Rachel!!
This is my most often frequented Jamba Juice shop, simply because it is close to where I reside. The staff are always competent and welcoming. Since it's in Washington Square Mall, then I sometimes like to buy my smoothie here and then find a nice place to hang out and slowly enjoy eating it. I will be back soon (like every week if I can help it).
