I took 2 jamba cups I asked if they could rinse them and normally they rinse it without asking and they refused to rinse them becuase it was against the FDA. they said food contamination purposes when we opend the jamba juice cup I saw a black peice of garbage and its the only jamba that has ever refused to rinse the cups. I missed taking a picture

The price is high for a drink. I really don't appreciate a big gap. Minus two stars from this. The cashier is friendly so three stars all for her

The food and service at this location is AMAZING!! I got the Orange Dream Machine and it was SO GOOD!! I had Rachel serving me and they were the best person ever. I ordered on 5/17/23. I highly suggest Rachel gets a raise or promotion because they were amazing. Great customer service, super kind, quick, and easy. Thank you Rachel!!

This is my most often frequented Jamba Juice shop, simply because it is close to where I reside. The staff are always competent and welcoming. Since it's in Washington Square Mall, then I sometimes like to buy my smoothie here and then find a nice place to hang out and slowly enjoy eating it. I will be back soon (like every week if I can help it). [Update 3/27/2023] It is TOTALLY worth it to buy their drink container since it locks you into a perpetual 10% discount for every drink ordered thereafter. I happened to buy mine around the time of my birthday, at the Eugene Valley River Center Mall, a nice shiny metal gold-colored one. I believe that if you buy yours on a Monday, then you will get a discount on buying the container itself... Best to ask the store, and then just go there on the right day to buy yours. The current ones are colorful but all plastic.

They don't have fresh juice available at this location anymore. So now when I want fresh OJ I have to drive twenty minutes away from my home. I've opted out to local juice bars instead. Jamba bring back fresh juice at this location, the word, "Juice," is in your name... sad.
