Always great customer service though they tend to run out of the pretzel dogs which is sad. If they didn’t run out 30% of the time I arrived (evenings after work) I would give them 5 stars. I can’t get there any earlier — I have work and traffic. But, their pretzel dogs are my comfort food ❤️ and are sometimes the entire reason I go to the mall itself! ?
I got amazing service and got my unsalted pretzel bits (special order) in only a few minutes while the place was packed. I recommend this place. The customer service was super sweet and the pretzels were sooo good!
