$1.50 for sauce is crazy... You buy a pretzel and of course you want something to dip it in. Should come with dipping sauce or at the very least be reasonably priced.

Horrible service. I am sure they don’t care about reviews because they don’t care about customer service. My wife ordered a $150 worth of catering from this location and pre paid for it and when I went to pick it up the “manager” or owner simply said “sorry, we don’t have your order” he didn’t offer me anything at all and made zero effort to make something for my daughters birthday party. Wouldn’t or couldn’t refund me and said eventually we would get a refund when they see we didn’t pick up the order… the same “they” that didn’t get the order is going to refund us? I’ll believe it when I see it. Very frustrating to go through the process and pre-pay only to be treated that way.

I came to this Auntie Anne's location because we were already in the mall and I got a reminder to redeem my birthday free pretzel from them. I got my favorite garlic and parmesan and I am super stoked and happy to get such a treat!

They downsized the menu a bit. The pretzels were good. A bit expensive for pretzels, so the app rewards help. The gentleman making the pretzels today was not very nice.

Always great customer service though they tend to run out of the pretzel dogs which is sad. If they didn’t run out 30% of the time I arrived (evenings after work) I would give them 5 stars. I can’t get there any earlier — I have work and traffic. But, their pretzel dogs are my comfort food ❤️ and are sometimes the entire reason I go to the mall itself! ?

Terrible Customer Service. They use to sell large cup of pretzel bites… The large cup is a much better deal than the small cup… $1 more. The owner is gouging people so they can make more money. Also, their staff are a bunch of teens with no clue what customer service is. They are entitled and lazy and clearly don’t care about their job.Manager/Owner - Get a clue, before you go out of business!

Well i really wanted a large lemonade, and ended up ordering food and drink from this place. Pretzels with Nathan's hot dogs, wow! The order was delayed, so it took an hour to get the order, the driver did NOT observe contact - free delivery. Whatever. But the food.... TERRIBLE! AWFUL! What a complete waste of time and money. I will NEVER patronize this business again!

I love this place the staff is super nice! I went when it was almost closing time and I saw three girls that were cleaning up and I asked if I could order and they were all really nice about it. Overall whenever I go to the mall I have to get a snack from there and yeah it maybe pricey but compared to wetzles it is cheaper, even if it is by a couple of cents. I also love how they have a really responsible team during this pandemic, and they like to remind everyone that decides to wear their masks incorrectly to fix it other wise they won't be helped!!! I love how responsible they are !!!!!!

I was really craving for these cinnamon sugar nuggets but it was a very big disappointment. They were very dry, chewy, hard, and not warm at all. So I'm guessing they probably sold me a very old batch or something. At first I wanted to order the bucket size, but I was told it was only for online. Good thing they didn't have it. I gave it 3 stars because the cashier was friendly and I know the pretzels could've been better if it was made fresh. Just not during this experience.
