Smoked mussel dish was to die for, Oysters are naturally delicious but the sauces here are amazing especially that green fish sauce, I’d bottle that and sell that immediately! Server was amazing and wish I knew their name so I can shout them out. I didn’t order it but $90 for a tasting per person is just too inexpensive for that quality and amazingly tasty dishes. “I’ve been here 7 or 8 times, and I keep coming back. Food 5 stars, love the shareable idea and that the food changes but kinda stays the same. The non meat options are chef kisses. Servers 5 stars. Bathrooms 5 stars. Desserts 5 stars. Drinks 5 stars. What more can I say? If this restaurant ever were to struggle (it wouldn’t), I would single handedly do my best to keep it in business. Trout and pork for mains, both cooked excellently, and then had the sorbetto and pana Cotta for dessert. The quality of ingredients and flavor/texture combinations were amazing! The service was so-so, told them it was a special occasion in advance but no acknowledgement of that. The server also gave us some awkward guidance when selecting wine, and wasn't super warm or friendly. “I mean wow, so good. So incredibly good! I didn't realize that Plumb is the kitchen located inside of the bar (Deadshot). It was my first time experiencing something like this (maybe I need to get out more) and it was incredible. The food is made to order so patience is key but luckily theres an amazing bar with handcrafted cocktails to enjoy while you wait. We arrived right at 4pm on Saturday evening and were promptly greeted and seated. We opted for a seat right at the bar. I ordered a red wine and my husband ordered a Deadshot. Then we placed our food order. We ordered the cesar salad, grilled cabbage, burger and steak frites and everything was so incredibly good. Fresh, decadent, perfectly cooked and ever so tasty. Of the items we tried, the cabbage dish was our favorite. I've never had cabbage with bechamel, apples and hazelnuts. It was simply divine! Highly recommend checking this place out!“

“Since they moved to the single location in the heart of an office building, they’ve become increasingly harder to enjoy simply due to horribly limited parking and further limiting their hours which also directly overlaps with the times of day to which the large offices in the area are full of employees therefore using all available parking for extended periods of time. Great food and great service if you happen to live within walking distance or think far enough ahead to order delivery and don’t mind paying extra fees and additional tips for couriers.Edit: thanks for the update on the hours :) I’ll definitely keep that in mind!Parking: Little to no parking available during open business hours due to the location being aligned with a large office building with the same business hours that already limits the areas daily parking availability.“

Parking was a bit difficult to find in the area. The food that we got was Tornado Potatoes, a quesadilla, and two orders of fish tacos. Tornado potato's were seasoned well and very tasty. The fish tacos were delicious. The tortillas and fish that they used were good. The quesadilla was even better. The service was good as well. I'll be revisiting this restaurant soon.“
