“I just had a really delicious bowl of (Boston style) clam chowder at Three Mermaids Public House in Tigard. It was so creamy, and comforting; and the small bits of bacon gave it over-the-top goodness. Honestly, all the food at this welcoming pub is worth trying, but I hadn’t expected to enjoy a bowl of soup as much as I did this one!“

The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, with a great layout. As a solo diner, I find the 2-person side tables very cozy and comfortable, while the booths are perfect for families.

​Penne Bolognese & Chicken Meatballs: Love that they offer a gluten-free penne option—it tastes great!

​Hot Mint Tea: A perfect way to finish.

​The staff here are all so friendly and professional—it really makes you want to leave a generous tip and keeps me coming back.

Observed that most of staff looked unenthusiastic and very few smiling—including the manager who was dressed like a lumberjack. (A bit weird for what is being touted as a “French restaurant.”). “Hosted a 50+ person dinner here and could not be happier with our experience. The whole staff was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to tailor the experience to our group, from decorations to custom themed cocktails. We rented the entire main floor and loved having the patio as a side space for people to hang out in. “Oh my gosh. Such a delicious meal! I got the combination plate and the schnitzel was so flavorful. I've heard good things about the dill soup and it did not disappoint! We finished our meal with eclairs to go.

My boyfriend and I both agreed it'll be hard to try something new because we both loved what we got! Can't wait to back!“

“Unfortunately, we were only there for a hot minute as we were on a mission to visit as many bars/restos as possible on our short stay in Portland. Olympia Provisions was only our first stop and we didn't want to leave! Our server and the bartender were both so nice and friendly. They didn't make us feel bad that we were only getting one round of drinks and an appetizer but rather encouraged us to try as many of Portland's great offerings as possible!
My Pastis cocktail was absolutely delicious and I wish I had the time to order 2! My sister and I narrowed down our choices to the Pheasant Liver and Foie Gras Mousse with Cranberry and Raisin Chutney and Candied Nuts! A winning choice for us!

Even though we didn’t have much time to stay, the team made sure every moment counted, and that level of attention really meant a lot.

Seth was a great bartender—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. He added to the experience in a way that felt natural and genuine, which made our time there even more enjoyable.

What impressed me most was how authentic everything felt. It wasn’t forced or overly formal, just a real sense of care and pride behind the bar. That kind of atmosphere is rare and makes you want to come back again.

We didn’t get to explore everything this time, but what we did experience was enough to know this is a place worth returning to. My husband especially loved the rum selection, which definitely stood out and gave us another reason to come back and spend more time enjoying the bar.

“Favorite brewery in Portland.

Cozy house turned into a neighborhood go-to brewery. Specializes in one off beer types but their staples are all killers too! All weather patio and side yard. Dog friendly, pizza pop up in the house. Merch is classic too. If driving through PDX make the short detour here.

Street oarking is a nightmare but worth it.

Pro-tip: Tuesdays they have 15% off Togo beers all day.“

“Had a wonderful Veterans meal at thr Tanasborne location. Casey was our server. She was very professional and friendly,. Everything was prepaired just as requested, and she stopped by to ask if everything was OK 3 or 4 times. The best Veterans meal I have ever had. Will be returning again many times before next year. “My food and drink as well as all my friends' were super delicious! The patios were spacious and pretty and good for conversation, but inside was about as loud as loud gets on a Saturday, which I guess is kind of expected. They printed bad reviews on the last page of their menu which I thought was pretty funny, and a lot of them mentioned that the bartender was rude which proved to be true, he had a pretty bad attitude. Service was fine in general though and food came out fast“

We enjoyed decadent salads (Swiss Chef and Beets with gorgonzola) The dessert was divine, and like our salads, the portions were generous and the quality of ingredients were excellent. “The Dugout is a friendly bar with great food, reasonably priced, and very good service. It is across Garden Home Rd from the Trader Joe's in the Garden Home intersection, with parking in the back. It is one of the three bars owned by the same person - The Club House and Bar3. The menu is a no-frills, American basic foods, all prepared fresh and to order. And the portions are plentiful and very reasonably priced. I don't think anything is priced more than $20. Breakfast served all day. Highly recommend.“
