Everything it has a cozy feeling. I love the decor. Also our waiter was very nice and friendly. I don’t live in Portland, but when I visit again I will definitely come back. My dinner was delicious. My daughter who lives in Portland suggested this restaurant.
Great bartenders, good food, great atmosphere and stellar service.
This is a lovely date night spot and a nice afternoon sip.
The risotto is a lovely summer dish with peas that pop. The braised chicken has an aji sauce that reminds me of a food cart that has shut down. The summer Moscow mule has a refreshing brightness followed by lavender.
Bonus points for the puppy menu- Rose gives four paws to the grilled chicken.

The food is consistently delicious, with highlights such as crab cakes, brussels sprouts, and cherry crumble with vanilla bean ice cream. The glow of the fire and subtle lighting create a warm and welcoming environment. The smash burger is perfectly crisped and juicy, while the crab cakes are fresh and flavorful. Beverages are lovely, and desserts impress guests. The staff is attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience.
The chicken pot pie is a great option, though a pretty big serving to be considered a small plate. The ravioli with fire roasted tomatoes is delicious, but careful as it is spicy. The Mac n cheese and charcuterie board are also delicious choices. The cocktails and mulled cider are well-made, perfect for a chilly fall evening. Fireside is a must-visit for its impressive cuisine and excellent service.
