I attended a private event here tonight. Service and hospitality was top notch; food was all delicious, from the bang bang cauliflower, pork skewers, meatball sliders, charcuterie board, apple fritters, etc. Highly recommend.
As a wedding photographer, Coopers Hall is one of those venues you get excited for in Portland. It's not just that it's always a beautiful layout and design as-is, or that the food is always exceptional, but the space is perfect for guests and family to connect. It just "feels" Portland. One of my favorite parts of a wedding day at Coopers Hall is blending in with guests during cocktail hour, as they share laughter and tasty snacks. Pop up experience. We really enjoy the space and the vibe of Coopers Hall. Since they're not open on a regular basis anymore we really try to attend their pop up events whenever they're open. Just wish more people know how great this spot is cause we want them to continue to do and offer what they do. Would love it if they have regular Thursday/Friday hours again.
