“We were in Portland for a vacation from Canada. Anytime we come to the US, we ALWAYS stop at Jimmy Johns because it is the elite sandwich shop.We went to this specific location in Tigard and I asked if they still had the kicken Cajun. The very nice staff told me it had come off the menu the day before. No big deal, I ordered the Caprese Salami Pesto (absolute 10/10 sandwich omg)We went and sat to eat in the JJs, and about 10 minutes later, the super nice employee that rang me up came up to us and said “hey! I asked my manager about the kicken Cajun and they said we can still make it as long as all the ingredients are here. I know it doesn’t help now, but maybe I’ll see you guys tomorrow!”I was so appreciative that she had even gone to ask the question. She cared enough about the fact that I wanted that specific sandwich to go and ask her manager.Long story short, what an incredible group of employees they have at this location ◡̈ it’s the little things that can turn someone’s day around. We love you Jimmy Johns and we will be back!“
