Jimmy John's in Salem

“All my orders have been delivery, maybe one take out. I lived at the time down the street at a retirement home and they became one of my favorite go-to places when the old folks home menu was not to my taste. I loved every sandwich they made and ordered weekly, especially in the summer, or during football season. I used the one on Lancaster next to Wendy's, another favorite. I now live over in west Salem but keep looking for a JImmy John to open here. I can always order thru DOOR DASH, when I CRAVE ANOTHER JIMMY JOHN SANDWICH!! I often ordered more than one, for other days at one delivery charge. Due to its small size, delivery and takeout take precedence over dining in.“

“Vegetarian options: I'd say that they have sandwiches that fit most anyone's craving at any time.

Dietary restrictions: They handle non gluten orders professionally and are neat when not having sauces or juices from other sandwiches mix with later orders.

Parking: Big lot available.

Kid-friendliness: I've seen whole families go in and take up half the store and they get served accordingly and are allowed to have kids that are just being kids without being told anything in complaint.“

“I don’t know why the negative reviews? I went in last night after having a long day, the customer service was 5 stars and it was fast - like sync with my life fast. Good music too, I would be back. Example I told him the sandwich was for tomorrow so he asked if I’d like the mayonnaise on the side.“
