Ive been a customer at this jimmy johns for two years. I order the same sandwich, the same exact way every time. I want to let the owner know personally, why i spend so much money at this location. Submitted an app order to be delivered between 12-12:15 and they got here at 12:03. So very fast. Had everything I ordered. My only complaint is the lettuce tasted old and not crispy, so like it was wilted and was kept too cold. They don't put a lot of anything in the sandwich. It was very thin. The delivery is very convenient but by the time they charge a delivery fee and want you to tip the driver, it's increased over $5. I can't even imagine how overwhelmed the staff was tonight, but they never showed it. Short staffed and only one driver on a hot day. They were swamped. It took a while to get our order, expected, and it was fantastic. Bravo to the staff working tonight. They need extra thanks.
