Jade Garden is a standard poker hall that offers a clean and wheelchair-accessible environment. The establishment serves microwave and air-fried food, as well as drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Customers have reported friendly staff and an overall home-like feeling, making it a suitable spot for casual visits with friends. The staff, especially the same friendly person who is always working there, creates an inviting atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy drinks in a laid-back setting or try their luck at the VP machines. However, some guests have experienced issues with rules enforcement, and the place can sometimes attract a crowd of drug addicts and drunks, which affects the professionalism. Despite this, the overall vibe remains casual and welcoming for those seeking a relaxed environment to hang out with friends or try their luck at the machines.
