“Disclaimer, I didn't eat the food myself as I'm plant based. Dennis and Auntie makes it homey. When I look at the pictures and food, it feels authentic and rich, yummies families eat. Portions are great. Definitely smells tempting while I'm enroute to deliver these. Ordered BBQ pork skewers for my Greek friend and he can't stop raving about it. He asked me to get more for him on his birthday. Got the pork adobo for another friend. OMG! Delicious! He's a born and raised Louisiana chef so quite judgy when it comes to food. Definitely, ordering some dishes for my visiting family!”

“Fantastic burgers, made with fresh ingredients. The buns are so fluffy. All of the flavors together meld very well and make for the best burger I've ever tasted. The apple bread pudding is so dang delicious! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“Absolutely exquisite! I ordered the shrimp biryani and was amazed. This is the best Indian food in Salem! Each bite was like a festival in my mouth, and the garlic naan bread is to die for!
By default this food is SPICY! So if you can't handle the heat, ask your server for a recommendation.

There may be over 100 omelet options!... but I usually get the same one...#36 or 37i think, and then I add a couple items to make it just right! Totally enjoyable and doesn't disappoint!

They are open from 6am to 8am for the early bird deals and then until 2,I think, for the regular menu prices... well worth the cost!

“We were blown away by how tasty the food was, and we are Asian food snobs who have also lived in or visited Korea. We loved the Happy Bibimbop, Jap Chae noodles and kalbi soup. The staff really looked after our table (we had toddlers). Definitely coming back!”

“Highly recommended! The best part is the restaurant is located inside the same building as the "Pilot" gas station/convenient mart. I always enjoy their vast selection of snacks, drinks, novelty items, car accessories, and other random nick knax. Their restrooms are very nice, a lot larger than most other places, and are kept pretty clean "usually." They even have showers available "for a cost." I find myself stopping by even if I don't need any gas, just to see whats new in their selection.”

“This used to be my favorite fast food restaurant in Salem, not so much anymore. Orders were wrong, and when taken back, the staff and manager wanted to fight about it. Place is in need of a deep cleaning and update on the inside for sure.”

“What stands out wasn that this Macdonalds was short staffed. So the line was long. When I got to the window the kid started to hand me the wrong order. I stopped him and told him the correct order which he promptly retrieved and handed to me. He then shut the window without taking payment.”

“I had friends from out of town, showed up on a Tuesday and literally every machine had a line or was taken. I ended up leaving with 80 quarters in my pocket. Took it to Wunderland and they gladly helped me out exchanging them to nickels.

If you want to eat food while watching everyone else play the games, go for it! Vibes have just died.

Our whole group agreed that this was probably the best Indian food any of us has ever eaten. The Naan was without question absolutely the best. The menu has plenty of options for dietary restrictions, with ingredients clearly viewable.

“Tried Manna for the first time today. They are currently doing take-out only, but said they hoped to be open for dine-in sometime in July. We placed a to-go order and they brought it to our car when it was ready. Quick and friendly service. The food was great and they recommended the citrus sake mojito (can also be made virgin). It was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back.”

“I tried the Hong Kong Milk Tea (with espresso shot.) This drink was really good. Creamy, good chew to the boba. The brown sugar taste is a LITTLE overwhelming, but I also don’t really use brown sugar in beverages. Will definitely be back to try something else.”

“Vegan Donuts: omg Dough Hook as the most delicious variety of vegan donuts I've found anywhere. I live in Portland, but Dough Hook is becoming a regular thing when I'm in Salem almost every week lol. Just the best I've had by far, and the varieties are excellent. Right this moment as I type, my favorite is the marionberry-lemon donut - yum. Definitely check it out if you're in Salem - order early!”

“Had a burrito with beef. Was good. They always have good food and they do a good job at it. If you go later sometimes they're mopping the floor and the smell of cleaning is in the air. Not my favorite maybe they could curtail that till after they close. But take out is always an option.”

“Great concept. Teaching young people business skills, food prep customer service is a nice selection of woodworking crafts for sale that they've made plants, vegetables and not just coffee. Cinnamon rolls are delicious. The coffee is tasty And hot. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend coming here, not just for the quality food, ample parking and lots of seating with big windows but to actually support youth in getting away from wrong choices and encouraging positive choices.

“Been wanting to try these guys and finally went through tonight. Service was fantastic and the bloke I talked to in the drive thru was super helpful. The chicken was delicious! Tender and juicy inside, nice crispy coating on the outside. Very flavorful! I had the sweet chili sriracha and the dragonfruit sauces. Both were fantastic and paired well with both the chicken and the fries! I had a bit of a drive to get home before eating but my food was still hot and my fries still crispy when I got back. Will be back to try more of the food here. Very happy with this experience!”

I stop in every few weeks to get cookies for my crew - they are so much homier and cozy, rich and delicious than anything that could be made commercially or in big pink and white rooms. The reason I am writing today, however, is that I got a piece of their banana rum cheesecake. I love cheesecake and this may be the best cheesecake I've ever had. Plus the staff/ambiance is all nice, etc.”

“Pretty decent food. I love pasta but don’t always want to sit in a fancy restaurant for an hour or more, and the price is good. My only fixable complaint was the food was warm at best. I would suggest having all ingredients ready prior to plating the pasta, which sits and gets cold waiting for other ingredients to be prepared. Very nice staff. Seem a little new, but pleasant. Oh and wait to plate second plate of two until all ingredients are ready for both. I chalk this up to inexperience. I will come back for sure, hopefully with these minor adjustments! Thank you”

“Such a beautiful little shop. I have walked passed this location so many times but haven't had the chance to go in. Leslie was so kind and greatest is with the most beautiful smile. I got the kids some Italian sodas to pass the time. The price was amazing. I felt like I didn't pay enough. It's nice to not have to spend so much on a simple drink. “Small location, went on a Sunday evening about 2 hrs before closing. Only 1 server, very efficient. Everything we ordered was delicious, you can tell the the veggies were fresh. We had the sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, king pao combination, and the crispy gourmet noodles.
You can see that the soy sauce bottles need a good wipe down.”
