“Came here for a going away celebration. The service was excellent. Many options for beers, ciders, hard Seltzer, and even their own hop water (which was super delicious). They also have non-alcoholic drinks like pop and juice for kids. They make homemade pizzas and it was delicious. I do wish there were more options on toppings and Sauces, and they were out of the Gluten free crust, but for the price and taste, I can't complain.
There is indoor and outdoor seating. It was nice outside, so we were out there. There is also a food truck outside, but it was not open at the time I was there.

“Highly recommended! The best part is the restaurant is located inside the same building as the "Pilot" gas station/convenient mart. I always enjoy their vast selection of snacks, drinks, novelty items, car accessories, and other random nick knax. Their restrooms are very nice, a lot larger than most other places, and are kept pretty clean "usually." They even have showers available "for a cost." I find myself stopping by even if I don't need any gas, just to see whats new in their selection.”

I have limited mobility and have difficulty preparing large meals. I can have the family over and be a happy hostess as a result of this service.”

“Small location, went on a Sunday evening about 2 hrs before closing. Only 1 server, very efficient. Everything we ordered was delicious, you can tell the the veggies were fresh. We had the sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, king pao combination, and the crispy gourmet noodles.
You can see that the soy sauce bottles need a good wipe down.”

“This is probably my very favorite "restaurant" ever. I was a regular at his old location in 12th, and was heartbroken when it closed. The owner is absolutely delightful, and extremely kind. I didn't realize the food truck had opened until recently, and immediately placed an order for pick up. Everything was just as delicious as I remembered. My favorites have always been his udon, curry, and gyoza. I've ordered from him three times since I realized he was back, have gotten all three of my favorites, and will be a regular at this location as well!”

“Pretty decent food. I love pasta but don’t always want to sit in a fancy restaurant for an hour or more, and the price is good. My only fixable complaint was the food was warm at best. I would suggest having all ingredients ready prior to plating the pasta, which sits and gets cold waiting for other ingredients to be prepared. Very nice staff. Seem a little new, but pleasant. Oh and wait to plate second plate of two until all ingredients are ready for both. I chalk this up to inexperience. I will come back for sure, hopefully with these minor adjustments! Thank you”

Tender and juicy inside, nice crispy coating on the outside. Very flavorful! I had the sweet chili sriracha and the dragonfruit sauces. Both were fantastic and paired well with both the chicken and the fries! I had a bit of a drive to get home before eating but my food was still hot and my fries still crispy when I got back. Will be back to try more of the food here. Very happy with this experience!”

I’m a dog groomer y’all, I need my coffee, and Coffee In Motion not only provides enough to get me through my day, no matter how hairy it gets, but does so with such warm smiles, conversation and obvious passion for what they do. It does hurt that my pup always gets plenty of love and treats too! Edit to add: Y’all, my dang IGUANA now enjoys coming to see the best barista in Salem. My boyfriend had a perfectly cooked medium rare serloin with mashed potatoes, asparagus and two butterflied shrimp. I had the seafood fettuccine. All the seafood was exceptional! The service was amazing! It was our birthday and our anniversary and they made our day special for us. We got to take a complimentary Marionberry Cobbler home to share as well. Give me a 30 minute pick up time & when I arrived it was hot and ready. Now the only issue I had is they offer a FREE 2 liter of soda your choice with pick up. I was very disappointed that the cooler was completely empty. This seems to be a on going issue cause out of the last 3 orders only once did they have a choice. 2 time only one kind & today none. They’re were at least 5 people working and the two people that helped me said nothing about the free 2 liter of soda or offered any anything. For service was good but not great. I gave a tip but not deserved only cause it was not the complete experience for pickup with all the advertised promos.”

“It was a quiet Tuesday evening. There were five of us, but one was running quite late because he just woke from a nap and was groggy. The waitress was nice and friendly and took our order of appetizers and drinks. She was new, so didn't know what drink special was posted at the front, so when I forgot what I read, we all just kept guessing until it was decided what I would drink. A Cucumber Watermelon Mojito. It was refreshing, but had a strong watermelon flavor. We all talked and joked and laughed and shared memes from our phones until the the napping late friend arrived. We then chatted for a bit and poked fun at him for wearing a Bluetooth earpiece instead of earbuds like someone from this decade. That was when the waitress came to take our order.
We all ordered different things. One ordered the oyster shooters and some shrimp dish, one ordered some variety shrimp plate thing, another ordered Mac and cheese, I ordered a medium-rare steak with sides of asparagus and Mac and cheese and I don't remember what the last person ordered as I had already put in my order and didn't pay attention.
The food eventually came and my steak was a little more medium than medium-rare, but not too much, I got a large scoop of Mac and cheese, and 7 of the saddest asparaguses? asparagi? That I had ever seen. They were well overcooked in butter, I assume, but had little to no seasoning. They were very skinny and short and floppy and there were only 7 of them. Maybe just because I don't normally order asparagus when I'm out, I usually have them at home when I cook them (wonderfully, I might add), but they were underwhelming yo say the least. It was kind of like when someone offered you skittles and you get excited and they give you one... and it's yellow...
Asparagus aside, the steak was seasoned very well and was delicious as was the Mac and cheese. (I'm not sure why my phone keeps putting Mac in caps, but it is what it is, sometimes you have to go with your phones flow). I thoroughly enjoyed the steak and Mac and cheese and my friends, if you could call them that (I would but you can call them what you want) enjoyed their meals too. No one else had complaints except about my asparagus which they agreed were sadsparaguses.
The night went on with us enjoying food and drink and eachothers company and good vibes. Overall I'd say 8/10 experience, maybe a 16/20 or a 32/40. Just depends on your rating scale.

“As a displaced Southerner, I approach BBQ in the PNW with caution. Two bites into the pork belly and I was instantly a ten-year-old again eating the food my father and uncles worked for days to prepare. The Vault is what happens when Down Home Comfort Food meets haute cuisine - homemade, fresh, extremely generous portions of authentic, perfectly prepared fare. The BBQ is phenomenal and the sides are delicious as well. Corn was still snappy, the fries were hot even delivered, and the tacos are phenomenally flavorful without being loaded down with spice. Try the jalapeno poppers which are *obviously* hand made! The burgers are juicy and freshly-made to grilling perfection, and the Alabama white sauce will knock your socks off. The prices are ridiculously low, as I would happily pay twice the asking for the generous portions and extremely high quality of ingredients ... not to mention the obvious love, skill, and pride that go into the food. Bonus: no Styrofoam containers here, but reusable aluminum pans that just need a quick wash packed skillfully to avoid using too much container. And where else can you play cribbage while enjoying your food and superbly crafted cocktails?”

When we entered, we immediately saw how clean it was and how friendly everyone was there. They were very attentive throughout the course of our meal as well! They have a little robot that brings your food out to you but the server is right there ready to get the food off of the robot waiter. The food was absolutely divine! We got the fish and a shrimp dinner instead of the combination plates. The salads were great as well! Overall, our experience was extremely satisfactory and I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a delightful surprise!”

Both were fantastic and paired well with both the chicken and the fries! I had a bit of a drive to get home before eating but my food was still hot and my fries still crispy when I got back. “The staff was AMAZING for my Make a Wish family’s send-off party! Diana, Chris, Julia, and friends were so accommodating from setup of our table, serving food, and helping assist the final clean up. Every staff member wore Disney gear, from entire costumes and Pajama onesies to mouse ear headbands. Mirabel/Julia was a most wonderful waitress and the whole family loved her. Their team provided an entire party for us, filled with balloons, Encanto glasses, crazy straws, and even helped us setup additional decorations. I could tell they were so excited to apart of something special, and the thing is, they were the ones that made it so special. One server told me “we’ve been shopping for this for weeks!” They all smiled as they came by the table to say hello to our wish family. The entire restaurant transformed just for our wish and it was an amazing experience. My heart was touched by the joyful nature of these employees. Everyone came together to celebrate my wish kid, and I am forever grateful for their thoughtfulness. So often we talk about our wish kids bringing hope to the world, but now I realize that the hope also comes from those who come to help.
