“Customer Service was AWESOME :) I was immediately greeted when I walked in by a young man behind the register while a young lady was cutting up fresh fruit!!!! OMG!! i loved the toppings!Brownies, strawberries, toffee, Butterfinger, to freaken eatable GLITTER!!I seen the place was somewhat busy and the two staff were great at checking in with my group of 6 and seeing if we needed anything. “I wish their online ordering worked regularly. Half the time it isn’t an option and they won’t answer the phone to take orders because you are supposed to order online. I honestly would eat here more regularly if I could order online without issues. I love the food, just bummed I can’t get it more. Ordering ahead on my lunches is the only way I can get it.“
“This place is extremely busy at times, mainly when people are getting off work. Recommend calling in your order before you show up. Don't worry, if you forget to call it's worth the wait. Highly recommend the Huli Huli Chicked, much more flavor than the Kalua pig. Also, extra little cups of teriyaki sauce are .25c if you go thru the drive up window. If you take your order inside the have bottles of different sauces you can load up with for free.“
“I was a first time customer this weekend and went in with neutral expectations. Most people on Salem Eats said the food was good; however there were some justification to the bad reviews. Customer service at the counter could have been better. The cook/owner… or whoever I could hear coughing in the back. I just went with the mindset that he had the decency not to do that on the food. The food was a tad expensive; but worth every penny. I paid extra for the ribs and had the chicken teriyaki. The food was heavenly. The portions were huge. I am a fan for life. Will definitely return for a splurge meal… it’s worth it!!!“
