“So I have been a few times and had a very good experience. But yesterday I showed up at 12:05 ordered my food To-go was told it was going to be a 20min wait not a big deal I had nothing going on. The man who ordered right before me and sitting at the same table got his food, then I noticed others after me getting food as well. I was playing a game on my phone thing well anytime now. The young girl came By with food and asked I ordered this I said no. Still no food. The guy sitting next to me finished his food and Sid I guess they have to kill a chicken for your order. I just ordered 16 wings and mozzarella cheese sticks not a hard order. 45 min now go by and I ask about my food and still nothing. I then asked the guy hey can I just get a refund and he said well you food has been done it was just sitting in the back for 10-15min. ????? I then asked can I get warm it warmed up cause if it’s sitting that’s not cool. He was like well you have your food now. He then brought me money and said I can give you money back for the mozzarella cheese sticks, but not the wings, I said, I am not asking for a refund. All I want is a warm food cause it’s been sitting back there. I asked for a manager and he said that’s him. Well then can I talk to someone over you. He then told me to google I wings and I can get the number back to the restaurant and it would be him I would be talking too. He brought me over a yellow pad I left my number and still have not a call back.“
“This place is awesome! And love that the kitchen is dedicated gluten free and safe for celiacs. Both chicken and mushroom wings are amazing, the fried chicken sandwich is amazing, and the funnel cake is delicious. Can't wait to go back!“
“This was my first taste of Odd Moe's. The Reggie Veggie is incredible. The guys working the counter seemed friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I dinged this place a star is it seems their 2 liter fridge is broken and it's a little bit expensive, but pretty worth it.“
“Pietro’s is always good! A bit pricy, but the food never disappoints! And this Pietro’s is Very Kid and Family friendly! Lots of games to play! Plus Laser Tag!! We came for a big family reunion.. all the kids had a Fabulous time and some of the adults got in on the action playing Laser Tag! This is our extended families second year in a row coming to this Pietro’s for our once a year get together!Fun Times! Good Food! Lasting memories made! :)“
“I was here Feb 29th around 830 and I had placed a pickup order. They were super busy and were backed up. There was a guy with a tattoo on his arm I believe it said “Jessica” and I could hear him actively working to keep the kitchen environment positive/ motivating the team. Amazing Customer Service! Clover was often able to find a better coupon for us, and was always a bright spot in my day, as I was the lunch runner. Josh cranked out one perfect pizza after another! “Store did not offer change at drive up window for cash transaction. If I have to ask for my change, your stealing. If the store doesn't want to keep change in the till their prices should be an even $ amount. If you don't have accurate change to offer, you can round up, but don't say "oh you want your change" like your surprised or I'm shamed when I have to ask regardless of how little change it is. It's my money. If I had paid with a card I wouldn't have been charged more than the total.“
“Been wanting to try these guys and finally went through tonight. Service was fantastic and the bloke I talked to in the drive thru was super helpful. The chicken was delicious! Tender and juicy inside, nice crispy coating on the outside. Very flavorful! I had the sweet chili sriracha and the dragonfruit sauces. Both were fantastic and paired well with both the chicken and the fries! I had a bit of a drive to get home before eating but my food was still hot and my fries still crispy when I got back. Will be back to try more of the food here. Very happy with this experience!“
